A Shining Beacon in a World of Shade

Yep, has he considered moving to Gagarin?
He has, but his father was a patriot and loved his country so Jan with a deep phycological (and unhealthy) urge to 'make his father proud' decided to stay in the union. The decision to stay was finalized when his mother showed her discomfort at the idea of starting their life anew when they already established themselves in the union.

He's not gonna like the next couple years in the USSR then, mostly due to how bad the crime rate is going up.

Anyone else imagining the potential comic coverart of their character's adventures?
It's just Hanzo walking away from an explosion, one that's slowly dying out as he's absorbing it into his body. However, a blink and you'll miss it snippet at the bottom shows that his jacket is still on fire.

Minami running through a street in the middle of a shootout, one hand holding the box she's delivering while the other is extended at her side, bullets stopping as they enter the field, a small trail of them on the ground behind her.

A bit more on Jan's mother. She met his father when he was stationed in Poland. They fell in love, it cause a big controversy in her family due to their... very storied past with the soviets. But through dedication (and a lot of reassurances to her family) Jan's father was able to get their begrdging blessing. They married in Poland and after a few months his father's unit was recalled back to Russia. Jan's mother took the readjusting hard, which left her weary to uprooting her life again, she also missed her family due to their very close nature. Which eventually led to her and Jan's father coming to plan an annual visit to Poland to meet up with her family. When Jan was born they brought him along there as well. They took a liking to him and they're close. However the chaos between the Ussr and Poland recently has disrupted their recent attempts at communication between each side of the family.

Hmm, would I be able to Build a Space Elevator, with my current skills to let people more easily make the trip to the Moon and Mars assuming money wasn't a concern?

How did Nixon run the place and how close is it to being declared stated #51.
Nixon ran it incredibly well given the circumstances (He was literally exiled from the USA proper due to certain members of XCOM hating him) and being a governor actually helped him. He made the State of Armstrong, it's institutions and congress. The Man was in his element.

Twice in 1991 and Again in 1998. Didn't get ratified.

We actually have need of the third Space elevator, We have one in Brazil and another in Gabon

...Is the moon by any chance made of Cheese? Has anyone tried to check make a cheese moon?
No No it is not, no matter what the Supevillains of the Silver Age did, its not made of Cheese.
Unrelated to the Moon and Mars, but what's the situation in Mexico? How bad/good is it?
The Cartels have Super Enforcers, The Government is incompetent, and the people have symbols of hope fighting the good fight.

...I'm really tempted to try and let loose my minions to make a cheese moon, but getting the materials for that would be a nightmare...
It would definitely not be an immediate prospect, at least.

Zuzana Dragonovich, younger adopted sister to Jan Dragonovich

She maintains a serious personality and does not like to be expressive or to emotional (sadly due to her formative years being in the Third Great patriotic war) but she deeply loves her adopted family.
Fun Fact: although she often brags about her brother to her friends but never so much as hints her admiration for her brother whilst around him. But she is oblivious to how badly she hides it. Both Jan and his mother know but while Leska smiles and pays no mind to it, Jan subtly teases her about it.

If Lady Atomica ever goes insane - like genuinely disconnected from reality insane - I can put "transform the moon so that it is literally made out of cheese" on her to-do list. For no other reason than to flex.
