Really fun scheme idea: Wright Robotics might be trailing in the vote right now, but we have the chance to create the Yukon Five (a fictional insurgency of Canadian robots) for real. I threw together this plan as a proof-of-concept, and it's totally doable. If we can pull it off, it would be amazing!

Major advantage of the Psychic Broadcasts people might be overlooking: since they'll retroactively apply to the existing Broadcast Tower, and the kids in the Lil Patriot are getting the most exposure to them, it's liable to make at least one of them a psychic which could help them outwit the adults and prevent their supplies from being tainted. Plus there's the just the cool factor of getting to have psychic minions.
 
I'm actually taking a bit more from supermans mythos than batmans with this quest, it's just hard for me to get that inspiration across since you went with the mind control and crime villain paths.
Ah...Will say I'm more familiar with batman when compared to what I know of Superman's.






[X] Attack of the Mascots [Weird]: Feelgood had an idea. He wanted to figure out how the Strange Divers work- and adapt the method to work with mascot suits, like those worn at NukaWorld, in order to create minions that could be used to menace an organization. Document Cryptid 005. Then construct C-Files Private Lab at Sunken Parish to phase two. Unlock Cryptid 00X - Strange Mascot [Radical, ???,???]. Private Labs upgraded to grant community/faction Tales of the Uncanny and +1 Dice for the faction. Must target faction with private lab using Louisiana Axe Slasher.


[X] Psychic Broadcasts: ENFERR's other suggestion, they wanted to accelerate psychic development in the region in order to sow discontent. You'd need a lot of data, but they believed they might be able to modify the broadcast towers to- very subtly- stimulate the brainwaves of the public. Complete three phase one Broadcast Towers and the Psychic Identification Program. Then, complete AlviCorp Drug Trial in a community. Broadcast Towers upgraded, gaining the [Weird] and [Mischief] tags- and increasing Tales of the Uncanny.

[X] Tortuga: Sophy wanted- simply put, to invest in the black market trade: if a factory was built to manufacture surplus DoP items, perhaps a plantation built, along with some docks for transportation- Well, what was it communists always talked about? Mutual aid? Complete DoP Factory, Docks, and Power Peanut Plantation at Doomsday Retreat. Under the Table Dealings and Reznikov Surplus gain additional phase: each phase also grants another point of Black Market Connections and potential funding.




...I like so many of these that it's difficult for me to decide what to vote for. I like cloning labs and it would likely help such as making them be done faster, but at the same time really want to do more with the broadcast towers even if I don't care as much for the psychics. Then there's Tortuga and it would certainly be rather helpful to do with all that material and further self sustainability. But Electric City would be great too for unlocking that mad science.

Yeesh man it's not going to be the end of the world. Like picking two projects by the same person is not going to cause the other to hate us or anything.

Like we still going to pick a expansion project from either Feelgood or ENFERR at the end of day.

If we have pick all them belonging to the same person it would be a different thing all togheter.

Besides the ones not meant to bolster our troops are just guidelines and we if we so desire can start independent projects the person not chosen like it.
 
I want to take one of Feelgood's projects. They seriously rock.

Electric City would have great synergy with Syndicate Troops too: imagine if we could arm that army with rayguns and other sci-fi weaponry.

Would building a CERES for a phase 2 Power Peanut Plantation give +1 Renewable Energy, or +2? And just to make sure, but can the requirements for Electric City! do double-duty by meeting the requirements for the DaisyTech Hoverboats Sponsorship (assuming we tak it)?
