You must have me confused with someone else. I voted to keep our four moons as they are last turn.

This turn I voted to stabilize their orbits so they don't crash into each other and we continue to have four moons indefinitely.

[X] Export core heat (use with strong consensus will boil off oceans and instigate another round of crustal remodeling)

Looks like we're going higher. So get more gas that won't all get absorbed by the ocean, and move a bit of heat from in to out.
