The editing had come out practically perfect, thank goodness!
After that, you had decided to call the movie, Iron Fist.
It was simple, but simple was usually good. At least in your opinion.
And now... it was time for the movie to be released, you hope it has a good reception from both critics and fans alike. ____
Alright, this is just a discussion update, before I get to work on the Box Office Results for Iron Fist.
Mention'd it in the Discord, but how do we want to portray the Seven Capital Cities of Heaven?
Since most of them are fairly new [it's 2013, and the earliest the other cities get introduced is 2007] and have little going for them in terms of discription, I want to run with something a little different than what's going on in the comics and root them in IRL mythology and folklore. By doing that, I figure we can not only set up other plotlines, we can have them serve our preexisting properties; for example, not only can we set up Z'Gambo as Zerzura, we can set Ezikiel Sims as servant of Anansi/Neith and one of the city's defenders, thereby setting up the Spider-Totems and the Inheritors.
Another city could be Dinas Affaraon (Camelot?) or Hawaiki (Lemuria?), and so on.
I got an idea. Are there any characters we can acquire and turn into the Sony Cinematic Universe's version of Captain America? I like the idea of a darker interpretation of that sort of patriotic superhero. Like the idea that someone who is considered a hero in the forties might not be considered a hero today.
Or we could consider creating our own characters to fill out our new cinematic universe. Purchasing the rights to every character we want to use is probably too expensive and too time-consuming to work. Especially since the rights-holders might not be willing to play ball.
