Turns out you also can't write on your user profile while you are suspended...

Anyway, I'm not Staff but Council (so, precisely zero direct moderation powers and annually elected by the userbase instead of permanently appointed by the Administration) - however, both Staff and Council members can be and are hit with infractions, and suffer the same consequences from infraction points as anyone else.

Oh, and as for how (which didn't fit in the previous message anymore) - all my current active points are from the Ukraine thread which I swear will be the death of me. Though I have appealed the last one which sent me over the edge, so hopefully that will work out.
So, if you don't mind me asking, where is your avatar from?
    Susano
    Susano
Well, I certainly have that longer now then originally planned; just never got around to changing it.

I put that up last year in honour of the retirement of vtuber Kiryu Coco, which was a massive event in the scene. Coco was a massive fangirl of the Yakuza series, hence also "Kiryu" (after the protagonist of that series).

And since her persona was also somewhat rough and (mildly) shocking, including drug jokes, well, it was only natural that soon her fans would call themselves her Kiryu-kai (-kai, meaning association, often denoting Yakuza organizations), with her as the oyabun (don).

And that is basically the insignia of Coco's Kiryu-kai. I guess I can change it again on July 1st, then it will have been a whole year.

I see. Thank you for your time.
If you are at all interested in arguing hedonism or freedom or whatever, I'll make the thread. But I'm not terribly interested in talking to too many other people so if you aren't, I'll let it die.

Eh, I guess we might give it a try, and if it dies, then it dies, and if not, then great. Better than flooding the games thread with more offtopic at least, heh.
Hey Susano. Did you ever go into more depth than your post in the "Prussian Occupation of Germany" thread about why you think the Magyars don't classify as altruistic in the Spring of Nations? I'd really like to know more about their history as the Austrian Empire's most unruly subject in more detail than "they really hated Croats and Romanians".
Hi! Your undertitle "From Volksstaat Hessen, Deutsches Reich" would make you a Reichsbürger. Are you serious about this?
    Susano
    Susano
...hah. You know, I never thought about it like that. But, no. It's a reference to the Weimar Republic of course, but I don't actually think it still exists. Nevermind all the other Reichsbürger stuff...

*grumbles* Stupid right extremists ruining harmless historical references...

I'm happy to hear that, thank you!
I know there's technically no rule about necromancy but it would feel weird to post it there, so hopefully this is fine:

I really enjoyed NME. I just got finished with NGE (finally) and I was looking around for more, and, well.

If there's any point to this ramble: thanks for writing it!
hmm, let's see a fitting song susano would like appropriate to his new avvie

    ah i know one

    Heil dir im Siegerkranz,
    Herrscher des Vaterlands!
    Heil Kaiser dir!...
The 100th anniversary of the Abdication of the Kaiser and the 29th anniversary of the Fall of the Berlin Wall. Truly a momentous day.
Why hello there Günther; truly the greatest revolutionary of all time.

Accidentally, with no planning and with a nearly immeasurable impact on the geopolitical and local political scene.

Well I was going for "by clerical error; someone gets the papers and regulation wrong and immediately hell breaks out in Germans" - but I suppose that works, too.

I google image searched your avatar and google's best guess was 'Local Man Ruins Everything.'
Strange thing to see you with a new avatar :V

    So, who is that?

The 9.11. is the day the Berlin Wall fell. This is Günther Schabowski - the guy who managed to fumble a press conference so spectacularly that he *unintentionally* brought down the Wall. Quite an achievement, that.
