    disagree,she started to become unnecessarily cruel and vindictive after the "Walker Incident" which made her organization look less sympathetic in response even with good intentions also I don't really know about Sharon butZemo never really profits from suffering the reason he has the title, butler, car and gadgets is that he was born into royalty before HYDRA took over still a villain but one thats a bit grey
