    My answer is that I have read all of the past discussion about the witchbomb and I do carefully consider all of the posts that other people make. It is a very touchy subject, and we need to be very careful about it (but that doesn't mean that we should drop all discussion on the subject).

    My final conclusion was that we should not try to defuse Mami's witchbomb now, nor should we deny the possibility that Ono is a risk, but rather that we should talk to Oriko to get a better idea of what is going on.

    Things ended up working out alright (probably), but I still think that we were overly hasty in our approach. More information is almost invariably better than less information and, given the potential volatility of the situation, it would have been wiser to consult with Oriko first.
