I see no reason not to tell Dad.
And hopefully this leads to telling him about the bullying too.

I've decided to take refuge in audacity.

So quick question are the warframes at full power level and abilities or are they nerfed to match parahuman limits?

They're not nerfed per say, but their progression is seriously capped by Taylor's mental state. They're intristically linked to Taylor's power, and so they level up as Taylor's shard gathers new data and needs them to adapt accordingly, almost like a weaker second trigger. For example: Harrow currently only has a Shaker ability to summon ghostly chains that renders anything immobile, and a built in Brute and Mover power for all warframes accounting for increased strength, speed, reflexes, flexibility, and durability. He's not going to get his second ability for a while too.

Sorry I wasn't able to get the update out today, I just got swamped with work and I couldn't find the time to write. It'll be done tomorrow since I'm off.

Update 3
You sit across from your father, resisting the steady urge to squirm under his silent gaze. Finally after 5 minutes of contemplating the information he simply asks, "When did it start, and where did you get the supplies." You don't understand the second part of his question until he elaborates, "Who in the Dockworkers Union helped you? You couldn't have gotten the needed materials by yourself." You look down. "I can't tell you that; I promised them no one would know where it came from." He takes you by the shoulders, "I'm not going to punish them Taylor," he says before drawing you into an unexpected hug. "I want to know the people who helped my daughter when I couldn't." Pulling away, he glances warily at the still immobile Harrow. "Now, mind telling me about this 'warframe business' again? Start from the top, and no techno-jargon this time."

February 10, 2011, Dockworkers Union Headquarters
You sit in your father's office as he calls the 5 men that helped you gather materials to build Harrow. One by one they file in, and when they're all here your father begins to speak. "Gentlemen, I called you here to thank you. As you all know, there are only two things I hold higher than the Dockworkers Union; one is the safety and wellbeing of my daughter, and you have helped maintain that." Danny pauses for a moment. "But there is another thing that I hold in nearly as high value, and that is loyalty. Most of you, I would trust with my life. But some of you…" he pulls out a letter opener from under the table. "Skivs, step forward." The smallest dockworker here, a young man no older than 25. Danny nods to the largest of your helpers, a 6'8" african american named Jason. He puts Skivs into a full Nelson as your father walks around the table with the letter opener in hand. You open your mouth to stop him, but get the overwhelming notion that you shouldn't interfere. "Do you think I'm stupid? That I wouldn't notice you were in bed with Empire 88? A little tip - if you're a spy for a rival organization, you shouldn't flaunt a tattoo with their name on it!" he says as uses the letter opener to rip open his sleeve, revealing a tattoo with a stylized pair of Hs. Your father turns back to his desk, paging his secretary to send someone to drop Skivs at the police station. When two dockworkers you don't know the names of take Skivs away with his hands zip-tied, your dad turns his attention to the remaining 4. "You can all expect bonuses shortly for your cooperation and more importantly, your silence. There's more where that came from if you keep your mouths shut and keep supplying Taylor, no questions asked. Am I understood?" They all nod their heads. "Dismissed, unless Taylor wants to say anything?
[]Shake your head; you have nothing to say to them.

It's from someone well born to be grateful.

While Taylor's specialty is Warframes the weapons that accompany them are extremely powerful. Maybe Harrow needs a new Red Veil...

Update 4
You simply bow your head saying, "Thank you for your help with my...projects. I hope we can continue to work together." They simply nod in agreement before filing out. Your father turns to you. "Now that that's out of the way, there's someone I'd like you to meet - they're from the Protectorate." You glare at your father - you specifically told him you wanted to think on things before contacting any parahuman organization. He puts up his hands in defense. "Calm down, its just an old friend of your mother who wants to talk to you. Besides I think you'll be a bit more excited when you see who it is. Come on, we're having lunch with her at home - I ordered Chinese." He picks up his jacket and keys, and the two of you head to the car.

***

Your father was right about one thing - you were indeed ecstatic when you realized the Protectorate employee you were meeting was none other than Ms. Militia, of the Protectorate East Northeast branch in Brockton Bay. You among many, many other girls were one of her biggest fans when you were smaller, and you'd never imagined you'd ever even have a conversation with her, let alone find out she was a friend of your mom. While you are struggling to process this information, your father reheats your noodles, and Ms. Militia just grabs a soda. "So Taylor," she begins as she hand you some pamphlets. "Your father tells me you've triggered. Normally, I'd give you the recruitment pitch, but I can tell you're a smart girl so I'll just advise you to go in for a power testing as soon as possible. Do you know about the unwritten rules yet?" You shake your head, giving her the go-ahead to continue. "They're pretty simple really - you can never, ever attack a parahuman in their civilian identity, nor can you hurt their family. They were developed after the Endbringers first appeared, so villains could feel safe enough to participate. Of course, the rules aren't officially enforced, but if someone breaks they're usually hunted down by local parahumans. So your father should be safe - the only thing to worry about is if the gangs decide to recruit you. If you don't mind my asking, what exactly are your powers?"
How do you respond.

[] I'd rather not share right now, if that's alright with you.
[] I'm a tinker, and with a little bit of breaker I don't understand enough to talk about.
-[] Share your specialty?

[X] It'd be easier to show you. I have something I want you to see. Chance to get BP for Mesa, the vagabond, the outcast

I don't think she doesn't have another option, in fact.
