Well okay then!

That was painful to tally. Next time I'll do it right. It seems like Strength and CQC will be going up.
Strength: H>G
Close Quarters Combat: D>C

Strength is now tied with Taylor's weakest physical skill!

strength for Taylor, seriously?:eyebrow:
And close combat, because she is totally going to be one punching all foes close and personal...
I'm starting to pity our dark hero.

Hope we level out our speed next

might be useful

whats the next island by the way?

That's a good demonstration of why people should have gone with Endurance. You know, so we can actually survive encounters with people like him.
Endurance is already the second highest physical stat, and I personally am happy to get Taylor's strength and CQC up alittle higher. Bugs are fine and dandy, but against some of the threats on the high seas, Taylor's going to need to be able to deal a solid hit.

I'm not sure I agree. Seems to me that Taylor really needs to specialize in a type of combat. Focusing on using her bugs better would be pretty helpful. We already know we can get her bugs to have haki, which makes them viable long term, finding new and awesome ways to use them would probably help.

I'd note even noncombatants in the setting have been shown casually carrying large and heavy loads on the level of a Brute rating. Taylor's currently gimped not just in striking power, but equipment. I'm pretty sure most of the local firearms could very well break her arm to kibble with recoil.

Taylor could become a sniper, I'm pretty sure she's supposed to have near-perfect aim on any target she marked with a bug, if we focus on Observation Haki who knows what kind of crazy effect synergy it might have with her bug powers like Enel's Observation Haki was boosted by his lightning powers it might expand our bug range or it might give us more awareness of what goes on around our bugs.

Yes but its still garbo for One Piece and not dying should be higher, but nope people wanna hit harder.
CQC works because dodging is part of that but Strenght was not an A-grade choice.

I wonder if people here will be suprised with how slow she heals.
Edit. The strenght scale in this universe yeah worm humans will not keep up i wonder if we go over the worm limit will we get mutations from our shard?

It seems that there's a split between those that want Taylor to specialize a lot and those who wish to see her focus on suitability and a generalist build. It's interesting. I don't think we'll face anything too dangerous for another two-three islands if that helps any. But the progress of skills between now and then will still be really slow. It will take a lot of time and effort before Taylor's on the level of even the weakest Grand Line pirate.

Oh well!

Time for the next chapter!

That divide is very true. I am in the leage of QA + command but CQC is nice to have.

My next vote for a skill to explore is "swimming". All think that Taylor has a Devil Fruits power so their faces will be epic!

You know this is just going to encourage horrendous minmaxing. If Taylor can't quickly catch up to even the mooks then she's better off giving up on that entirely and just leveraging her highest skills to try and make up for her lowest.

I understand generalist builds don't always work out -- jack of all trades, master of none, and all -- but minmaxing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

... Though, admittedly, I am curious to see how far we could push QA's connection.

I'm quite sure, Taylor is already on the level of the weakest Grand Line pirate, not all crews go for quality like Luffy does, there's plenty of Grand Line crews, that have a few strong leaders, and then dozen of chaff, that wouldn't be anything special in the Blues.
