I liked your take on Namis thoughts. Through getting back inti Taylors head is a must. For changes in POV I would propose a limit of one per island. Maybe later more after they get longer.

i guess everyone'll have to make do with Luffy's crap pirate flag, and there won't be any dramatic burning of the world government flag then.

Edit: I don't get all the Usopp hate. Of course Usopp acted out during the Water 7 arc. Not only did Luffy say they were going to leave Merry behind, a ship that a majority of the the crew referred to by using human pronouns, but he also had a bunch of underlying self esteem issues. If you think about the whole "I'm always negative!" Spiel during the Thriller Bark arc, and his duel he had with Luffy despite already being injured beforehand...

I mean why would he fight Luffy for a ship, he had just declared they were gonna leave behind?

I wouldn't be surprised if he was planning to go down with the ship, if you catch my drift. After all, he admitted to Frankie he knew all along just how bad and unseaworthy she really is, and he was planning to fix her up and set sail during a legitimate typhoon.

That is why I'm only making note that I find the whole thing with the votes terribly amusing, rather than trying to correct everyone.
Since the entire thing isn't exactly serious, no reason to make a fuss about people not also being serious about things.

it's the One piece universe, Queen Administrator is capable of granting Tinker powers, which also mean she can theoretically, manually teach Taylor how to make Tinker tech, her Tinkering specialties are likely to include a lot of Biotech, and One Piece has Mermaids/Fishmen, voting for trying to breathe water, is clearly an indirect vote for learning Biotinkering, and turning Taylor into a Mermaid.
