Ok, the reason why North America has a billion people After WW3, unlike most nations the NAU was never damaged in WW3 mostly because of luck and the technology they have during the period. But there were close called though like in 2006 when the Russian were about to surrender they were about to launch all of their ICBM at the entire world but more especially it was the NAU but luckily the order was never carried out because the Russia Empire surrender.
