WI- 1913 Vienna ISOTed away to a virgin Earth?

Let's say that, in Sept 1913, the city of Vienna, along with everyone in it at the time- including Adolf Hitler, Josef Stalin, Josip Broz Tito, Vladimir Lenin, Leon Trotsky, Albert Einstein, Sigmund Freud, Ernst Schrodinger, Peter Altenberg, Theodor Herzl, Alfred Adler, Adolf Loos and many more- gets ISOTed away to a virgin Earth, effectively vanishing without a trace to be replaced by pristine, uninhabited wilderness. How much of an impact would this ISOT have had; how much would you expect events in this ATL, left behind in the aftermath of Vienna effectively being vanishing from existence, to diverge from OTL, and how? And meanwhile, on the virgin Earth they got ISOTed to, how do you envision that the city of Vienna, and everyone in it, might cope with their situation, with the entirety of an otherwise uninhabited Earth all to themselves?

On our Earth: WW1 is butterflied away and Austria-Hungary probably collapses with Germany, Russia and Hungary fighting for it's remains.
On the virgin Earth: 1913 Vienna is quickly going to experience a massive exodus. It's inhabitants will be forced to spread out quite thin to not starve. It will take time until they will be able to organize large scale agriculture. Technological and societal regression are basically a certainty.
Exactly - with one difference.Too many countries belived in "short,victorious war" to prevent WW1. It would still happen,but later.
Would any World War necessarily be 'WW1', though? Or could TTL's World War actually be 'The War to End All Wars', without any Second World War to follow it up? (And without the contributions of several of those infamous people who'd have been ISOTed away along with the city of Vienna, especially the first few names on that list, surely that'd be a less challenging prospect...?)

France wonted revenge, Germany more power,and Russia show strenght after 1905 fiasco.And England wonted bleed them all,so they would start WW war.And,if there would be no decisive victory of one side, there would be WW2 later.
Good thing is - without Lenin and Trocky Russia would be ruled by socialists,who would not genocide anybody,and if Germany lost and wonted revenge,their leader would be no genocider.
So,still WW1 and WW2,but without genociders ?
