Armsmaster with enough common sense to actually tell someone about Skitter before her offical debut. Is a miracle.

I like this.

Thinking about it, it's not only better for Taylor and Armsmaster, but for Lisa, as well. Really, the only one in the equation who is worse off is Coil, and I'm fine with that.

Because everyone hates Coil. Seriously, the fucking Nazis are more popular with the fandom than him. The ENDBRINGERS are more popular than him. Really only some of the Nine draw the same level of fan-hate.

I mean, we've got an ongoing story here where his options are lose to Skitter or beat Skitter and get brutally murdered by an Endbringer and people think its hilarious.

So, how can we make Coil even MORE hated?

Have him rape Vista, maybe? Rape feels kinda cheap, though, as a narrative device.

Have him wreck Legend's marriage?

Maybe team him up with Saint?

Coil, Saint, and Krouse...

Yeah. Dream team.

Trying to make Coil even more hated? Have him adopt several children with Thinker powers through his Calvert identity. In the timeline he keeps, he's a beloved, if slightly distant father. In the ones he drops, he regularly tortures and maims the kids to get information he wants.

Worst part? I expect it to be his Plan A for Dinah and the only reason he didn't use it was because she was a relative of the mayor.

I think the Trio, Saint, and Krouse are all in about the same tier of fan hate as Coil.
The hatred level for the trio varies a lot. Madison doesn't have enough screen time to get hate of her own, just bleedover, and Emma gets pity mixed in from a lot of people. And even Sophia doesn't seem to draw the same kind of universal seething hatred as Coil - people don't like her, but crazy torture scenarios involving her still get hateboner comments. I've never seen anyone complain that something that happened to Coil was excessive. Krouse and Saint, though? Spot on.

You are not the pot who ought to call that particular kettle black.

Well, not unless you finish Heavenly Thunder.

Then you can kettle-call all you like.
Well I did beg. I'm not that level of pot! (Grumble about 'when its ready' here)
Edit: Damn it Coil, why you make everything so complicated?
I'm hoping for a continuation of Raven, myself.
It's possible. The muse for that is... fickle. (and emotionally draining.)
Which was the one where Taylor got to become Eden?
I suspect you are looking for Proclaimed by Angel's Cry.

(DCAU/Young Justice) Father Figures
Reposted from here.

Father Figures (DCAU/Young Justice)

They were icons.

They were distressingly human, in all the ways that mattered, even the aliens. They made mistakes. They faltered and fumbled. But in the end, they were still the founding members of the Justice League.

And right now, they had an issue to deal with, namely the teenagers that had suddenly appeared in the Watchtower and were in the next room, separated by a soundproofed door and watched by other League members.

"We should question them, one at a time," Batman said quietly. "Find out who they are, where they came from, what they're doing here."

Superman snorted. "You mean interrogate them. They're not villains, Bruce!"

"We don't know that," the dark knight shot back.

"Come on, Bats," Flash interjected. "They're just kids. Heck, one of 'em's me, and if I know myself -- and I do -- there's no way I could hide an ulterior motive for more than five minutes at that age."

"There's no way you could hide an ulterior motive at this age," Shayera commented dryly. Flash pouted.

"We have protocols for dimensional displacement for a reason, Wally, and those protocols are clear: isolation and containment."

"Didn't you write those protocols?" Wonder Woman pointed out.

"We all ratified them after the Justice Lords incident."

"And that worked out so well for us when that alternate Luthor showed up," Superman argued.

The two glared at each other, neither willing to budge.

In the end, Batman relented. "Fine," he said. He unsealed the door. As it opened, he turned and walked away. "Do what you like. But keep them separated, keep them out of trouble, and keep them out of Gotham."

Superman turned his attention to the teenagers in question as they filed in through the door, eyes darting around, looking for cameras and exits, like anyone in this line of work would, on either side of justice. There were eight of them, some familiar, others not, and even the ones they recognized were noticeably different: Kid Flash, Robin, Zatanna -- that had to be weirding Bruce out -- Red Arrow, Aqualad, Artemis, Miss Martian, and Superboy.

Superman followed Robin's gaze as the dimensionally-displaced Boy Wonder watched Batman's departure.

"Sorry, Robin," he said. "Br- Batman's... slow to trust."

"Believe me," Robin said, "I know. It's just-" He trailed off wordlessly and shrugged.

"You thought it would be different with you."

Robin gave a resigned sigh. "I guess. Yeah. Stupid, I know."

"Don't worry," Superman said, ruffling his hair affectionately. "We'll figure something out."

"Maybe he can stay with Nightwing?" Flash suggested.

Robin blinked. "Who's Nightwing?"

Superman shook his head in amusement as Flash tried to extricate himself out of that one without revealing too much and turned to Superboy. Clamping an arm around the boy's shoulders, he said, "So, I guess you're stuck with me, then. I'm sure Ma and Pa will be happy to meet you. Not so sure Kara will agree; she's got clone issues."

He felt Superboy stiffen in his grip. "I wouldn't know," the teenaged clone said curtly. "Never met them."

Superman frowned.

YJ!Zatanna: "Oh, come on! He's cute."
DCAU!Zatanna: "Oh, God. I do not need this."
YJ!Zatanna: "What's wrong?"
DCAU!Zatanna: "'What's wrong?' My alternate reality self is crushing on my ex-boyfriend's ward, that's what's wrong."

Superboy: "So, you don't get along with your sister?"
Kara: *grumpily* "She's not my sister. She's an evil Cadmus clone who tried to kill me."
Superboy: "...I'm a Cadmus clone."
Kara: *beat* "You're not going to try to kill Superman, are you?"

Dinah: "Ollie, why was there a teenage girl in your shower?"
Ollie: "League business! I swear!"
