Map: The map is a indoors map where Ryuji is actually barricaded in his room by his wife and his soldiers in order to save his life. After the Empress dies Ryuji immediately busts out of his room to see his wife's dead body. In where he immediately joins the fight, he then moves onto whoever killed the Empress and focuses on killing that person, he also tries to kill the Lord as well. Saying that since he himself will die here, he must kill the enemy leader so that they both can go this version of hell.

I may provide more backstory to this character later but for now how about you all make your own boss fights.

Here is the personality thing I was talking about sooner than expected:

Prescence In The Story:

Ryuji would obivously be a late game boss that is like the king/emperor You fight before the god/dragon and gharnef archetype. Like a Rudolf, Hardin, and Walhart(?).

So...

In Chapter 2-7, he is only mentioned by names and deeds due to him being the ruler of the invading nation.

In Chapter 8 is where you first see him in a cutscene along with the Order, a group of the strongest soldiers of his empire, the Faithfuls, the guys who worship a dark god(there are three of them in this cutscene), and one masked man and a silver haired maiden who are kinda on their own.

They talk about the war and stuff like that, he then orders the masked man and maiden, one of the Order, one of the Faithfuls, and the Rogue King he hired to take down the Aegis castle. He then leaves the scene so the the people mentioned can start a dynamic and start their character developmet.

He doesn't return until Chapter 12 where he and the Empress are informed of their people failed and how the faithful and the pirate king died in the battle.

He orders the masked man to go back to Reda Tower and for the Order guy to guard him (I'm not mentioning most of their names because I feel they shoiuld have their own posts about them.)

He doesn't again return until Chapter 15 where he and the Empress kill the King and Queen of Aegis. They return to Reda and station another member of the Order as the temporary ruler.

He is then mentioned a few times by other characters and NPCs but doesn't make a actual appearance until Chapter 19 where he commends the Lord about reclaiming their home. This is where he goes on a full spiel about his motives and such, basically boiling down to protecting his own kingdom and make it thrive was to take over Aegis. He promises to the Lord that once the war is over that he makes sure that the Aegis people live happy lives and that the Lord would be remembered.

He doesn't again return until Chapter 23 where a three chapter begins where the main party take the fight to Reda Castle. In Chapter 23 the leader of the Order and a enemy Sentinel that was introduced mid game as a sub boss. The Sentinel then retreats further inside the castle where he makes a last stand and asks the gods for aid and guidance. This causes him to gain more stats and a glowing bronze aura around his body, he drops a S rank lance.

Then Chapter 25 where the map mentioned earlier begans.

Personality:

Ryuji is a honourable and calm man who loves his country. He is the person his people and soldiers lean on, this causes him to be loved by his people. He rearlly shows emotion in public nd in front of the player until during Chapter 25 where he shows slight anger then understanding about being locked in his room, than sadness then rage about the Empress' death, and finally acceptance over his death after he is killed.

When the Lord talks to old villagers in Reda they also tell about how skinny and scared Ryuji was in his youth, and that they believe that under his armour he is the same young boy he was when he was crowned. This is proved true later as after his death his armour is torned open from his shoulder down to his waist showing that, although toned, he shouldn't be fit enough to wear the armour he wore. The group then shortly wonder how he could wear such armour.

It is also said by the Empress' servants and personal guards that they often hear the couple sharing laughs about the past and peaceful times, crys about the war and other such hardships for Ryuji, and other emotions rarely seen outside the walls of the castle.
