What do the Americans look like?

So, what do the American's look like in Kancolle?

I'm in the process of writing my own Kancolle fanfiction involving the USN, but I don't have a general agreed-upon picture for what the USN shipgirls look like. I was debating just taking the design of the girls from Azur Lane, but their style differs from what Kancolle is. Case in point? Akagi and Kaga from both Kancolle and Azur Lane. Throw them side-by-side and you can see what I mean.

So, is there any place I can find a general agreed-upon look for the Americans? Please and thanks all around

I think that between kancolle, azur lane, warship girls, or the soon to be coming Victory Belles. Its for the best to choose the look you like the best. You dont have to go with the look Iowa has in kancolle, you can always substitute warship girls Wisconsin look for example.

Looking at Lexington/Saratoga from Azur lane, comparing the look from Soon to come Vistory Belles... The AL Saratoga is smallish compared to the mature look of the Kentucky look that is on Victory Belles Lexington.

Also, destroyers from Kancolle are better dressed than the Warship Girls versions. The warship Girls Gearing for instance... I'll stick with AL version or the Kancolle version.

Regarding Enterprise, I'm not sure why, but all the games out there that I've seen featuring Enterprise seem to put her as blonde, maybe thats just the AL version, but as far as agreed American look....

That depends on the story you want to present, how many Americans will be featuring prominently enough in your story to have a descriptive look. Myself, I tend to use my own custom mental designs based on characters I've created for other games. Like...

Montana class with black hair, bangs over black eyes, with an eyepatch to boot... Or red hair, when one is basically inserting a paper ship or similar, you can make the ship have whatever look you want.

To be fair to your question, its all up to the writer, if you see that one game does looks differently than others and I like that look from the other, go with that. There is no one agreed upon look that I've seen, its all up to the writer.

There are actually American ships ingame other than iowa and Saratoga these days, you know? alternatively you can pretend you're in 2015-2016 and run with Pacific's designs?

The destroyers wear sailor uniforms as demonstrated by the Fletchers and Sammy B ( who is classified as a DD in game), the light cruisers wearing a shirt and skirt combo with the possible exception of Honolulu. Heavy cruisers wear modified officers uniforms as shown by the Northamptons. Half of the battleships are displays of patriotism (iowa, sodak) while the other half less so ( Washington, Colorado) the carriers are wear casual clothing (Hornet, Saratoga) which edge on being workmanlike (Intrepid, Gamby)

For hair and eye color choose whatever you want, SoDak has the US flag for her hair color ...

Not the first time I've gotten it mixed up.. Blonde.. White... Kinda similar in some respects.

As for SoDak as I tend to call her... Well, thats an interesting hair color design. But I've always tended to go with a better/custom design for South Dakota.
