What a wonderful life ( CYOA V3)

My name is John " Charlie" Charles and I am a man who likes the simple things in life . I honestly do not want much out of life but a roof over my head and some food in my stomach . I guess most people would call me un ambitious however that can not be farther from the truth. You see , I do have ambitions however my ambitions are relatively simple all things considered. I just want to enjoy the little things in life peacefully and that is my ambition.

It is after all the little things that make life worth living like a beautiful sunrise or drinking a well made cup of coffee. It is when you notice the little things that life starts feeling meaningful .

I had a very ok life . I was born into a middle class family that loved me . I was very much average both academically and physically . I was not overly popular nor was I an outcast . I was just a random guy in high school , just a face in the crowd. I did not have grand ambitions or interesting quirks . I was in all honesty a very boring person and I was honestly content with that .

Now do not get me wrong, I did occasionally want some adventure after all everyone wants one at least once in a while . All of this did not mean however that I wanted to be kidnapped by a R.O.B of all things , while being given a WORM CYOA to fill out .

After my kidnapping a part of me was honestly indignant and wanted to rebel but the smarter part of me realized that this was an opportunity plus what other option did I have except to play along? Now do not get me wrong I still wanted my simple , hassle free life but with enough power I could have a life where I could have honestly everything I could want .The idea was tempting . I am also not gonna lie , the idea of exploring another world was fascinating to me as well so after much thinking I took the CYOA and filled it out .

I of course made sure that my experience would be as enjoyable as possible after all if you are given the choice to do so why would you not?

My entrance into Earth Bet was a quite and short affair . I woke up in an alley like every other self insert however unlike most I had the forethought of taking the resources perk . Yeah only an idiot would want to slum it out on the streets when they have the choice to be rich . I know I am being kinda vain and all the money in the world would not save me from an End Bringer . I know that I probably should have used the points to get myself a power or something but honestly I do not care .

I would honestly much rather die rich then poor . It does not take long to reach my home although sheesh the bus fair is ridiculous . It is a good thing that resource perk took care of that as well so it did not take me long to reach my home .
