[X]A Speed Problem: Kelly needs help… she's phasing in and out of existence, or at very least in the visible light spectrum... not being able to control her molecules, or her own speed. She's terrified, and without a doubt… in need of help.

Well... I can't say it's... 100% perfect, but he can now... uh...
Well, he can now basically predict the future... with horrifying accuracy. Thankfully, he is not always right...

Yeah.. covenant era remains to be seen.. even with all this.. Spartans are still under 100 in number...
Best bet to alter course of Covenant is getting Foreunner tech up and running early to confuse the heck out of Covies... Best candiates for that are Onyx or the Shield World that Spirit of Fire discovers..
Theres a whole fleet of Foreunner ships there.. turn those against covenant.. they may think their "gods" have returned to smite them..

No... We work for the government, and we're not in school.
Plus, we have a mission coming up soon, that might change that even more.
With Light riding Shotgun, we're pretty good.
But it's extent is not known.
Try, him needing to be vaporized to die.
Like I said, Giant hula hoops are a dime a dozen.
i don't feel bad, case at the end of the day, we're less then 100 people.
And Ackerson is an asshole who does not deserve our... attention.
Even if he demands it to create his own spartans.

Most people won't survive the stuff we got, even with all the breakthroughs we had during our youth.
Also, we have an augmentation lab on the Beacon, so mad science can continue.
Also, we just finished upgrading the ship, at least as much as we can right now.

Bummer... Can we at least get to the level where we are able to turn all of our normal soldiers into SPARTAN's IV, at least? (The SPARTAN IV are far less modified than the 3rd or 2nd incarnations).
