We Are the Gods of a New World Order [Warhammer 50K ~ Warp God Simulator]

If I'm reading that right the ancient vessel is probably related to Not-Tzeentch right? Blue Dialogue and the whole comedy of errors seems like her(?) Thing.

Actual friendlies... probably.

I think the question is who do we think we can trick into solving our problems for us. I reckon Sendai is probably pretty easy to convince. Azure Dragoons need us intact for healing I think but it sounds like they're here to give us bad news mostly. Tzeench and the Imperium seem the most likely to ignore us and do their own stupid thing.

so is there a reason not to contact the dragoons and AM immediately? we could maybe get sendai to crash into the publicani fleet, as the 'first challenge'. AM hasn't realized we're still kicking yet. what would be her reaction to finding out VM controls equinox? cautious but friendly? cutting and running?

I think the Astartes and Necrontyr are the ones that need our action. Astartes are already fucked up, they're most likely to get screwed. Meanwhile the Necrontyr are a wild card that could throw any and everything in the system into chaos.

Idiots, the lot of em. Luckily we dealt with this rotten root.

... fudge

We more or less promised Azure Dragoons safety, we keep our promise. Hopefully, they won't suffer, when we direct them to our dockyards.

Publicani can go fuck themselves if they can't get a hint, YOU ARE NOT WELCOME HERE! LEAVE!

Pince is a Necrontyr. Might be worth talking to I mean it IS possible to diplomacy?

As for the last, hopefully, it Azure Magus vessel. We could talk with our "sister"

While I want to talk with 3 of those, I prefer Dragoons for safety and Magus as our family. Necrontyr will have to wait.

So your saying that AM won't go panicky and run? Ok, makes sense, especially if we can diplo these.

Ok, now talk with Necrontyr and Astartes, family time's later.

The Publicani fleet is probably only here to make a profit. If we could convince them that we are a hard enough target that the money they would make looting us is not worth the time and cost of repairs we may convince them just to turn around and pretend that they never met us.

Prince Sendai seems just to be here for a fight, finding out if he means full on war as a game or would be fine with just war games and duels would be very good to know. If the later we can easily accommodate and potentially use him to get friendly contacts. If the latter we need to prepare, or perhaps redirect him to one of the other visitors.

The ancient vessel is my biggest worry. Sure it looks like they are in somewhat dire straights and their god seems weaker than the VM but I do not want another cult spreading on our homeworld.

The Azure Dragoons seem like they are in a bad position. We do owe them a lot for breaking orders and letting us live, we should see if we can help.

Really though, blood sacrifice, lewd rituals, and a lot of dead livestock! Goodness, you're glad that all of this was brought to your attention before it could get out of hand! It's really just a terribly messy thing they're doing and you won't have any of it!
Heh. I have this suspicion (well-founded by previous behaviours) that it's lewd rituals that were the most off putting to the Verdant Maiden. 🙂

She might yes, she also may not, and either way she's unlikely to fuck us over or get fucked in turn, so safer to leave her for later if possible.

Yay, Necrontyr! Wonder what dynasty they're leading.

im interested on the publicani and the azure dragons

we owe the space marines saving their asses, and the publicani are the difference between staying hidden another couple centuries or getting a crusade incoming next turn
we already our asses kicked in too close for comfort,i dont want to know what a full imperial crusade can do

Oh my, this is going to be the clusterfuck of epic proportions, isn't it? Well, at least we got an impressive red carpet rolled out for everyone!

I'm most in favor of:
[ ] The Ancient Vessel
[ ] The Azure Dragoons

I think those two are the ones we will have the most chance of actually gaining a long-term alliance with. Which is also important, as we might be otherwise missing the chance of making that alliance in the first place. But I have to admit, Prince Sendai's expedition is also kind of tempting. We have enough luxuries prepared in the Canopy that we are probably capable of welcoming even royalty.

Do you anticipate that the publicani can be negotiated with? Because if not, reachign out to them would be a waste of time.

we can make contact, and we managed to evangelize space marines,by comparizon bribing a greedy human is easier
there still risk, but is less of a gamble that the space marine negotiation roll

so yeah,i want to make contact and bribe him

The last time the Publicani came here, he took, what, 70% of the harvest? He'll want more this time. He's basically an internal Rogue Trader. Plus,
[Publicani Tax Collection: 93 + 15: 108!]
[The Publicani's holds are filled, he has made a tidy profit with this expedition and ignores the reports about a rising cult in the world--after all, they'll be dead by the next time he does his rounds anyway. He sends his landers off to press gang the PDF from the walls, and departs the system, pleased with his gains and equally pleased with the likelyhood of a recolonization contract when he returns.]
He's here to recolonize the supposed to be purged planet. That means we're an obstacle to one of his contracts.

Definitely want to contact the Azure Dragoons, but I'm not sure on Ancient Vessel vs Prince Sendai.

...these rolls...
Ok.
We need to contact the Azure Dragons, this one is pretty none negotiable in my opinion.
We need to talk to them before any hasty actions happen.

The second one is more open, but I would prefer it to be either the necrontyr or the AM.

The necrontyr could maybe be persuaded to attack the Publicani as a "first challenge".
While an early contact with AM just could help us avoid a lot of misunderstandings.

I tend to prefer contacting AM, actually, just because the Publicani might be bought off by literally paying him.

To clarify matters somewhat.

"Contact" does not necessarily mean 'Eliminate them as a threat', or 'Escalate matters'

What it is happens to be a chance to communicate with one or more parties before they know it's a multi way clusterfuck and are caught up playing their particular roles. No more, no less.
