Personally I don't think that having Ranma end up with anyone would fit with the current story right now. He isn't someone like Gos who's been searching for romance but getting none, he's had people throwing themselves at him all the time and it's caused him nothing but trouble. I think an ending more in tune with this story would be him managing to escape everyone entirely and be happy with being able to look for someone himself when he wants to.

She's batshit, but that's par for the course with Ranma. More importantly, she's filthy rich, and Ranma really needs a sugar mama. He's not really cut out for modern life.

Ranma looked like hell. I sat dowb at his table in the breakfast hall. Akane and Shampoo glared at each other from different tables.
"So, last night?"
"They fought all night, and you?"
I was holding Ukyo's hand.
"Um...Ukyo and I are together now."
She blushed and he smiled.
"Finally, seriously though I'm happy for you Ru."
Uyko smiled.
"So you have three women chasing you, any idea who you're going to pick?"
Ranma picked at his eggs.
"Well let's see, Akane's always angry but everyone expects me to be with her, Shampoo is nice but she keeps doing stupid stuff that pisses me off, Kodachi is crazy and has an annoying laugh, but if I was with her it would really, really piss of Kuno, which you know makes it almost worth it."
He took a bite.
"Shampoo's got the biggest, um she's the most talented, Kodachi's got nice legs, and Akane is uncute...."
He layed his face down on the table.
"I'm leaving the Tendo's."
I blinked.
"What?"
"I've done a couple demolition jobs, I make enough for an apartment."
"And the Tendo's?"
"Are going to have to find someone else to pay the bills and cook for them... I'm finished with all the drama and P-chan?"
I looked up and stared at the bandana boy as he took a seat, I blinked.
"How... how did you even get here?"
I couldn't help but ask that question.
"Walked?"
He shrugged and took a few bites.
"You walked from Japan to Manilla?"
He looked up from his food.
"Yeah, so? I walk a lot of places, it's actually a little easier then walking to China."
"And you're here because?"
"I did a few favors for the hotel, so they let me eat here for free."
I blinked....
"And you and Ranma?"
Ryoga shrugged.
"We settled a lot of stuff after the whole thing we did, with the cursed water thing."
Ranma nodded.
"Yeah, me and P-chan are cool."
"You still don't deserve Akane."
Ranma rolled his eyes.
"You know what, she is right there, you can talk to her right now, go ahead you have my premission."
Ryoga gulped and turned red.
"I um... don't feel like it?"
Ranma smiled.
"Yeah, I thought so."
He looked at the clock.
"Well I gotta go, got this match with a local, he looked pretty badass so it should be fun."
I waved him off, and Macguffin walked in, his clothing torn, his face bandaged, his arm in a cast.
"What happened?"
He smiled and sat down, a well dressed man instantly put a cup of coffee on the table, there was a six pointed star in the coffee cup.
"Thanks, just what I asked for."
He sipped the coffee.
"It was much harder then last time, but with a little help I was able to pull it off."
He put some cash on the table.
"This is a wizard conversaion you two go out and have some fun, I need to talk to Ru."
Ryoga smiled as he took the wad of money and Ukyo gave me a kiss before she left. Sensei raised an eyebrow.
"You remember to use?"
"Protection, I didn't have any on me."
"Ru?"
"So I slept on the couch, I really don't want to go through the banana thing again."
"Good because that conversation was awkward as hell."

How can we even conceive of picking Kodachi when we've not seen a Kodachi interlude yet? Same goes for Shampoo.
As for Ryoga? In the koi rod incident Ranma did a naked apron on Roga and his response was to almost puke. No matter the body Ryoga sees Ranma as Ranma which is probably why he is Ranma's best friend in cannon (kind of sad realy).
This version of Akane needs to grow up before she can even think of being in a relationship.
All in all i would say none of the above.

Couple of reasons for this. First, the Tendo household is a train wreck that I just can't look away from. Second is that we really haven't seen anything from her point of view--we know she's got issues and is spoiled, but she might be starting to grow up a bit. Finally, it would be fun to see exactly how aware of her own issues she is.
Edit: Another idea that might be fun is Genma or Nodoka. We know that Genma's a schemer, so he's probably got some stupid ideas up his sleeve, and Nodoka is owed favors from everyone--how did she get them?

Sensei looked around, the world greyed out and he put a newspaper down on the table.
"We're fucked."
I read the paper, and looked at the people in the paper listed and cringed.
"Read the front page."
Oil found in northern Japan.
"Fuck."
"Yeah fuck, someone is going after our backers and protectors in the government, and just told the entire world about Japan's piggy bank which means that we are fucked."
I blinked.
"Nabiki?"
"Of course it's fucking Nabiki."
"But she's a high school girl, just a high school girl."
"She also lives near Toky,o the head of the government, and is a cute looking psychopath, do you have any idea how many government officials think with their dicks?"
I sighed.
"I just saved her life so she's going to back down right?"
"Once upon a time there was a farmer, the farmer found a viper who was dying he took it home and nurse it to health. Once it was hale and hearty it bit the farmer and he died, the snake then slithered off."
I blinked.
"And?"
"Look, last jump there was this guy named Griffith, all the women loved him, his allies loved him, he was popular, smart and charismatic. So he screwed up and his friends saved him from getting tortured, he repaid them by sacrificing his entire army to demons. Only two people escaped that clusterfuck."
He stared at the paper.
"So she's coming for us?"
"Yeah kid, she's coming for us, I'm gathering my lawyers as we speak, you're going to have to be a lot more careful, never ever be alone with Nabiki in a room."
He pulled out a tape recorder.
"Tape everything she says, when your at school trust no one."
"You're being paranoid."
"She just toppled a government coalition, at this point I'm if any thing undereacting. We may be forced to flee Japan."
"Flee the country?"
"You have two choices flee or kill her, anything in between is not going to stick."
I looked at the paper as the world returned to normal.
"We're leaving in the morning, do what you got to do and get your shit in gear. We're going to be doing a lot of training this summer."
"What kind?"
"We're going to get you up to speed with the chakra stuff and lay low until this Nabiki thing is handled. We have to stay mobile, stay on the road and keep moving."
"Ukyo?"
"You can call her just remember the phones going to be tapped."
I looked at my empty plate.
"Why does my life have to be ruined because one person is a total ass?"
