  --[x] Have as many of our walking wounded as is feasible man the garrison, along with enough healers to keep healing them.
  --[x] Have the garrison begin patching up the town's defenses, in case the worst occurs and we need a fallback point. Also burn or otherwise destroy the undead so its as hard as possible to use them again.
