That is a popular belief that is spread among the Blood Dragons, yes, cause their leader was said to have found out that answer himself. However, as brought up in one of Cathy interludes there are tons of supposed cures for the thirst in vampires and actually confirming dragon blood keeps the thirst at bay is super hard since very few actual chances for vamps to find and kill dragons, let alone drink their blood.

In interlude it is ever said that Emperor's blood, which he gives to his loyal agents to increase their lifespan, only lessens thirst but doesn't get rid of it, implying that dragon blood curing the thirst is just a popular myth among the vampires that the Blood Dragons totally believe.

I wonder how many times Arthur has had to deal with people thinking he was a vampire? Probably to many. I wonder how many times they tried to turn him. Also too many.

The Hochland rep I'm a little worried about but it should be someone that the General trusts and therefore would be okay with Big Magnus.
Plan North and south sounds good but the Magnus bits has me a little paranoid. Hopefully we can get by without telling as it isn't quite the level that he "NEEDS" to know. But it could escalate. Its a tricky situation.

Most of what I want to do would be easier to take care of during the meeting like:
Reporting on the closed kislev boarders.
Asking Gunter what he can tell us, Nordland, and Hochland about the threat in the Middle mounts. yes Nordland doesn't possess any part of the mounts, but it borders it. do this while Magnus can oversee the interactions.
Ask about the Sudenland expedition
Report massive Beastman movements.
Report abandoned Norsacan coast.
 
Hmm, I wonder if Otto is going to be challenged to an engineer duel? That would put a crimp in our trip and efforts to make ice with the south.

The first time through I didn't read this closely enough, and thought we were looking at 24 meetings before we even got to the Elector's meet itself.

Thank goodness it's a bit more sane than that.
