Warcraft: The Rise of the Mag'har

Would be nice if we can convince them to teach us how to make and use them for stuff.

Does the Nether Flight have any special powers like the other Flights do?
It should be noted that the Nether flight is essentially just Black Dragons influenced by the energies of the twisting Nether when they were still eggs. But on the subject the Nether flight have a metric shit ton of raw magical energy stored within them, as in they could potentially turn themselves into miniature mana bombs if they wanted to.

Does that mean they have the same power over the earth?

They and Arcane Warriors would certainly make great partners in battle.

No idea since I can't remember any of them doing that, also there is a slight chance of residual Old god mental influence becoming a problem once we go to Azeroth since the one instance where I can remember some Nether Drakes going there had them pretty quickly decide that the only way to survive is to take over the place, of course that could just be the result of who knows how long of being enslaved by fel orcs.

Also I just realized that we've effectively derailed the Nexus Wars.

Assuming it can be used without hurting them since last I checked the times it was tapped into were during Twilight Hammer experiments.

Since we are going to be turtling for a couple turns besides continuing to fuck with the Bonechewers, calming the Zangar Furies, closing the Zangar Gate, and building the Stonebreaker Outpost what other important stuff should we look into?

Since we are mining Blackrock it seems to me it would be limited to our elites and heroes so I hope we get some iron at the same time for our regular troops.

Since Sporelings are awesome farmers in general I hope we can get them to give our farms some upgrades after we are done with diplomacy.

We're getting regular metals too. Blackrock and Iron = Truesteel, which is a very, very scary metal. I think it's only behind Elementium and Titansteel in terms of sheer "Gives no Fucks".

(Setting aside gamey conventions anyway. Titansteel is the power of an Old God broken and shattered with the strength of the Titans, and Elementium is pretty much a magi-plastic that can mainline tremendous amounts of magical energy, and be molded into nearly any shape you can imagine. Properly hardened, it makes for spectacularly strong material. Even the "Conventional" type though is very flexible in it's applications.)

Yeah, not entirely sure if I'd go THAT far. The Nexus War came about because Tyragosa brought some of the Netherflight to Malygos to cure him of his insanity and he decided the mortals were abusing magic. No real guarantees that we've done anything about that unless Malygos has a change of heart when it comes to his thoughts on current affairs whenever he gets cured or Tyragosa decides the Nether aren't worth the effort.

Strengthening diplomatic ties with the Draenei, Alliance and Sporeggar. Expand Gul'rok(after we build Stonebreaker Outpost). Setting up forts and watchtowers in Zangar(if possible). Scout out Hellfire Peninsula/Blade's Edge. Further train the mages, get some clefthoof cavalry or try to learn how to replicate the Bonechewer village latrine explosion. Assassinate important figures in the Bonechewer village(in addition to general sabotage) and maybe make sure the Ogres keep in mind just how strong we are. Help the Draenei reconquer Auchindoun if necessary and of course, the Arrakoa.

Actually, Hellfire Peninsula is surprisingly locked down, given that it is the Alliance's main base. Without the Legion and Kargath's Horde to push them out of Hellfire Citadel, they've actually really done well in rebuilding it's defenses and what not in the surrounding area.

You, of course, do not know this IC.

So we have been helping them out big time unknowingly?

...That just makes me want to colonize Zangar more. I mean, they're a faction we want to have on our good side but they're not on our good side yet(and I'm not sure if they've even met the Draenei and/or are ignorant of the other Eredar's role in the legion). Making sure they don't expand westward also prevents them from stymieing our northward expansion...

Yeah. The Alliance Expedition is in a far better position than it was in canon Warcraft. They have the Citadel, they have a place for wounded, weapon forging, repair, supply storage, a strong location...really, they are just doing great. They even have enough energy and time and people to get into a potentially Alliance splintering argument over orcs due to it. Good jorb crew :p

then we shall welcome the one's who want an alliance into our fold.

It's hardly our fault if they decided to squabble over making peace with us or trying to kill us. If the constant existential threat was the only thing keeping them unified, they obviously have big internal problems aswell.

Eh, it's more the whole rage about some of our homeland burning down how are you not as apocalyptically angry about this humans dwarves and gnomes.

Cause elves be prideful.

As if all of Stormwind didn't get burninated, and lots of Alliance territory before the Horde made it into the elves homeland.

Ooop, half the forest burned down, gotsta kill all orcs forever no peace kill hate kill
