The man had taken out a dashing gun. It was called Maria.
As New Vegas shined behind him, and the two Khan goons on either side of him grinned,
The Chequer Suited man grinned, pushing the chip into his coat's inner pocket.
He aimed the gun at your head...

"The game was rigged from the start..."

The thunder of the gun was the last thing you remembered.

[A FALLOUT: NEW VEGAS GSRP BY Thiccroy]

War. War never changes.

When the atomic fire consumed the earth, those who survived did so in great, underground vaults. When they opened, their inhabitants set out across ruins of the old world to build new societies, establish new villages, forming tribes. As decades passed, what had been the American southwest united beneath the flag of the New California Republic, dedicated to old-world values of democracy and the rule of law.
As the Republic grew, so did it's needs. Scouts spread east, seeking territory and wealth, in the dry and merciless expanse of the Mojave Desert. They returned with tales of a city untouched by the warheads that had scorched the rest of the world, and a great wall spanning the Colorado River. The NCR mobilized its army and sent it east to occupy the Hoover Dam and restore it to working condition.

But across the Colorado, another society had arisen under a different flag. A vast army of slaves, forged from the conquest of 86 tribes: Caesar's Legion. Four years have passed since the Republic held the Dam - just barely - against the Legion's onslaught. The Legion did not retreat. Across the river, it gathers strength. Campfires burned, training drums beat.
Through it all, the New Vegas Strip has stayed open for business under the control of its mysterious overseer, Mr. House, and his army of rehabilitated Tribals and police robots.

You are a courier, hired by the Mojave Express, to deliver a package to the New Vegas Strip. What seemed like a simple delivery job has taken a turn…for the worse.

Hello, people.
Thiccroy here.

Since IRGOSA/Marsanne failed, I will be touching on something that, no doubt, many of you people know.

Fallout is a series that I first met with the introduction of Fallout: New Vegas on Xbox 360, my first ever Fallout game when I was a wee lad (11 years, I'm 18 now). Fallout: New Vegas stuck with me, and after I departed with my old Xbox 360, I reacquainted myself with the game again and again on my PC. I've gone through every quest, DLC, small random events and ending as well as a faction I could. I've done countless challenges, like always going backwards or not using ranged or melee weapons. I even, once, almost did a fully speech-oriented game. However, I didn't get to finish it.

Point is Fallout: New Vegas is dear to my heart, and no doubt dear to others.

This will be a story-heavy oriented roleplay, and I will expect some experience with the lore of Fallout as a whole, and especially the one surrounding New Vegas.

So, I am happily going to run a Fallout: New Vegas game where everyone can take on important characters. From the smallest factions like Rochelle of the Boomers to the greatest Titans of the Mojave, like General Oliver of the NCR or Caesar of Caesar's Legion. From Legates, and even down to Courier Six himself.
People can sign up and claim three characters below. The first one would be someone you would want to claim the most, while the other two would be of lesser interest, and the third one could be, mostly, a 'contingency' plan if you don't get your character.

I will be accepting twelve people at max, at first, and opening room as the story goes on.

THE STORY ITSELF WILL START RIGHT WHEN COURIER SIX AWAKENS IN DOC MITCHELL'S HOME.

ON COURIER SIX CLAIMS: I will allow six people to claim him, and among those six people, I will be rolling a d6. I will number each player in order and the number I get from the roll will be the player I choose as Courier Six.

List of Characters unable to be claimed:
-Animals
-Any from the DLCs
-Ulysses
-Anyone from Goodsprings or Novac
-Any side-side-characters (lowly soldiers, one-off characters, rangers etc.)
-Courier Six's Companions (to be)
-Enclave Remnants
-Mister New Vegas
