AN: First time making anything like this at all so might mess up but hey got to start somewhere)
The silver millennium was humanity's golden age however it came with a cost you who was uplifted from the dust by the mercy and generosity of Princess Serenity took that cost upon yourself . You became a silent knife that ended threats before they began,you brought entire civilizations low and committed numerous other crimes that left you with few friends, many enemies and a horrific fate. When Beryl banished your soul to the Abyss and cursed you with innnumerable agonies that pain was inconsequential to the one you felt when Silver millennium fell and your queen was slayed. For milennia you hid and watched, hiding from the various things in the dark when you saw something, the princess had reincarnated. So you gathered up your powers and reincarnated to serve your princess. For an still remains an oath no matter how long time has passed or how much you have changed. No matter the cost.
Prologue:Origins
Origins

Despite the many stories circulated through the moon kingdom about your origins this is the true story you came from nothing. Your parents were most likely exiled peasants from one of the plantations of earth and died at the birth of you and your sister. You both later eked out a life wandering,performing odd jobs and stealing never knowing when you would both die and how. However everything changed the day she arrived. Princess Serenity the one who found you sneaking past her own guards just to eat the table scraps of her food. She allowed You both to live in the moon and so you swore an oath on that very day that you would follow her very orders and do whatever required to carry out her will.
Traits gained (AN: traits are key parts of a character that grant them special abilities and are key parts or their personality or past)

Up From Nothing: Is completely loyal to serenity (or her reincarnation Usagi) and is completely unable in a psychological sense and possibly in physical and magical capability to hurt Serenity directly or indirectly in any protracted fashion. Is also capable of IDing serenity and will try and kill (preferably slowly and very painfully but won't draw it out if it poses a risk ad it will be based off of intent and magnitude) anyone who attempts to harm Serenity, Pretend to be her to take advantage of the inquisitor's "unique" psychology or any combination of the above unless presented with a VERY good reason why they did it.



An Oath is still an Oath: "Unless it contradicts the Up from Nothing" trait Inquisitor won't really feel regret or remorse doing most types of unethical actions. Also Inquisitor will gain a major boost when doing actions that support the princess


In order to properly serve your oath considering you being a mere human you made...... modifications to both yourself and your gear but the biggest thing that stood out was(Choose One and it will be your starting power and you don't lose stuff in the other option it's just that the one you chose is the one the inquisitor's reincarnation starts off with and you can negate the maluses through gaining better control or acquiring artifacts plus they grow over time)

Pros-can't be transformed without permission for example if a witch tries to force the Inquisitor to change his eye color one shade darker using the entirety of the silver millennium's power it just won't work if he isn't okay with it also you'll be able to create shadowy "claws" on both hands and feet plus have better reflexes and strength. You'll also start of with good magic reserves and a few premade spells and anyone who makes a verbal or written deal with you won't be able to violate it.
Cons-at the start most types if anti-evil wards will go off like crazy even of you aren't entering with hostile intent and most demon hunters,shrine maidens and newbie magical girls will try to attack you on site though thet'll most likely stop if your near the senshi or just spend time scanning you and realize your more "abyss" than "evil" or "dark" magically speaking.So as long as you don't do anything suspicious in their site and stick close to the senshi you'll be fine

Pros-gain lots of different pieces of both tech and magitek though you will start off with a sword, pistol and movement system that's incredibly advanced.Your body is enhanced with various things too so you can keep up at the very least in your standard magical girl boss battle.
Cons-alot of your tech is either stuff the Inquisitor could scrounge up with or some of his bottom of the barrel emergency stashes which is still insane by modern earth standards can still be outmatched by other faction's stuff. Even if you can find his more exotic stuff alot of it is sealed or in the possession of various groups. In addition your body starts off the weakest of the 3 options

Pros-Most of your buddies weren't lightweights and those who weren't certainly proved their worth time and time again and most of your "memorabilia" was considered terrifying weapons even back during Serenity's time You also got various boons that enhanced your body. In addition you start off with a pretty large reservoir of knowledge.
Cons-Well here's the things about having buddies sometimes stuff that happens to them also get's associated with you so some people might hold a grudge. In addition most of your knowledge is out of date and you don't know who lived and who died and who weakened and who grew in these few years.

Agreed. Misunderstandings galore! Epic battles with magical girls where you don't try to kill them. And being able to punch Jaditie's face in.

Friendship and tragedy seems like the most appropriate option for a Magical Girl Person story.
