The year is 1940, the second World War has begun only recently although Poland and France have allready fallen and it is only a matter of time until The Third Reich turns its attention towards Britain and the Soviet Union. Meanwhile behind the scenes various unknown groups are attempting to pull the strings of those involved and the usage of Commando units and unconventional warfare is becoming rapidly more popular.

The heart of your base. Everything is organised and planned from here. For now its not a particularly impressive place.
Research Facilities and Workshops
This is where the SCIENCE happens when your men have the time and ressources... or you find something interesting to reverse-engineer or at least analyse. Currently it lacks a lot of tools you would need to use the facilities properly though.
Mess Hall and Supply storage
Medicine, bullets, or beef, if you need it you will find it here as long as its available. Unfortunately those supplies are very scarce currently.
Sick Bay
This is where your men get patched up if they get wounded enough that they require longterm treatment. Hope that it doesn't get that far as the place is not as good as it should be.
Barracks
The barracks. As of now only has enough space to house your base personell and about four Commandos.
Ideology: Moderate (Loyal to Germany, no fanatism)
Sneaking missions are covert operations in which a Hero and or a small team infiltrates an area with the sole purpose of completing their objective without being spotted. Suitable only for specific heroes and combat teams. Heroes: Utilize their Combat/Intrigue scores to gain bonuses Sneak: Intrigue + (Combat 1/2 ) = Sneaking Bonus Reflex Mode: Uses same score as above if Hero is capable of Reflex.
Mission allways has one main commando (who handles the sneaking) and up to two support commandos.
Combat is relatively simple. Combat stat vs Combat stat.
There are 3 degrees of injuries. Failure at combat can lead to injury and actions that failed particularly badly.
Light Injury: -5 on all stats.
Moderate Injury: -10 on all stats.
Heavy Injury: -15 on all stats.
Dead: Dead
Medic: Capable of decreasing wounds in the field by one 'once' through a 'Learning' based roll. Engineer: Capable of increased loot based on a 'Learning' roll. Grants bonus on missions that could logicaly require a Engineer. Soldier: Bonus on combat if mission results in combat with hostile forces. Scout: Can grant bonus on stealth or combat during mission via 'Intrigue' based roll. Sniper: Capable of negating first failed stealth roll through sniping. Reduces enemy forces during combat by one. Both based on a 'Combat+1/2 Intrigue' based roll. Demolitionist: Bonus on missions involving destruction. Bonus against armored enemies.
War Zones: Active warzones where a conflict is currently ongoing. Send troops there to support the German troops in exchange for rewards. Every type of unit provides a certain value to a counter up to a cap which is then opposed by the enemys value. Available training, available equipment, local circumstances and supporting Commandos/Heroes can grant boni or penalties.

Honestly I'm no longer interested in GERMAN SCIENCE IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD Trope. I want something new and fresh and the allies would feel like a CORE quest.
So I'm choosing Mother Russia and trying to fix it while going against Volgin seems like fun.
