This ship will be a recruiting grounds for the Cogitare Exploratium, seeking people with the aptitude for technology and science when given the education and a chance. Recruit both from the Ductsworn and the Bridgeborn as a neutral party, focusing on the ship itself. This is meant to end with the Cogitare Exploratorium becoming the dominant faction on the ship with hopefully a peaceful takeover. They are also encouraged to freely share basic uplift primers and teaching and augmenting people they don't directly recruit (especially to control the new installations they will be making), if they think it will help the situation.
