Oh Boy, every single person has a different vote. I... should of expected that to be honest. I half want to find a tiebreaker, but I'm afraid they would just make a new plan. I think I'm just going to Eeeny Miney Moe this.
Basically, if say its the third item I will then have the number 80 out of a hundred to start with(plus or minus bonuses or debuffs), so then I roll a number between 1 and 100 and if it is bigger than the remainder(in this case 20) then it passes. If it is less than 10 or more than 90 it is a mega pass or fail. Mega is like a soft crit, something good but not amazing. If that card had been a crit it would of been a +5 to everything. If the perfume had been a crit fail the glass would of blinded us, thus meaning we would be no vote on which one to go to and I would of just rolled if you bumped into something or not. Hope that explains it.Ultim0 can you please elaborate on how you determine passes and fails though?
Now, as the QM I don't want unduly bias people... but why isn't there a downvote on this site?!
I have no idea. I've asked myself that same question many times. Facebook doesn't have a dislike either. Yet it's an important bit of simple distaste. It's worse here of course now. There's nothing besides relatively good options. But hey I have a supporter. Now, as the QM I don't want unduly bias people... but why isn't there a downvote on this site?!
I'm aware I tend to be an advocate for the optimal decisions myself, and become tormented from less then optimal decisions. However... Just this once. I wanted to try something new. I really am sorry. That being said. There are people who will vote for things because they sound like fun even if they have multiple, multiple flaws in the plan.I was halfway thinking aboutcrossing that one outbefore and saying the character has learned the meaning of fear, but I remembered this site is full of people who make optimal decisions in quest all the time, and that they usually only mess up due to bad rolls and QM overriding because they have a plot in mind, and that they would never choose what is clearly the option included to make the other ones more palatable because the QM has a plot in mind.
rips apart badly made script Oh well, guess we're all going into the unknown here.
Oh its fine, its just that I didn't even bother thinking about what could happen if someone picked that option. After I post the next one I'll post about what the others not picked could of been, maybe, depending on rolls.I'm aware I tend to be an advocate for the optimal decisions myself, and become tormented from less then optimal decisions. However I do believe the information there is still largely applicable.Oh its fine, its just that I didn't even bother thinking about what could happen if someone picked that option. After I post the next one I'll post about what the others not picked could of been, maybe, depending on rolls.
About your other post(can we keep double posting down please?) I will spoil that not a Single one of the things in the links would of shown up.
