Scraped from here.

You have one memory before the change swept through you. It's of your parents. So very proud of you. It's a cherished memory of them saying how smart you are. Anything before that is filled with equations and plans fantastic beyond belief. The change burned out everything else in you. Too young, too weak for it. You have no other past. Just that one hazy memory.

Your parents still live, still keep in contact, but you don't feel comfortable staying near them anymore. Two years of pretending to be normal. Feeling the change demanding action. At sixteen you had to leave else you did something you regret.

Part of you regrets this. The rest exalts in the power and capability you have been given.

You took the deal of Chaos after all, too young for it yes, but filled with the most potential that the world has ever seen. You will show the world your genius. Your capability.

Your previous name isn't important now. Your new name is now...

Revan Firebrand

You are a super-villain by modern definition. You are just starting of course, but you can already feel the greatness flowing. You currently have a secret underground base in a junkyard that most people dump and forget items in. Sure it's not exactly prime real-estate, but it gives you all the materials you can scavenge for free. That's more than enough to start your reign.

Superheroes and Supervillians in this world are under the banners of Law and Chaos respectively (There are quite a few outliers however). One becomes either by making agreement at a pivotal moment. Once you agree, you gain a series of powers, and a series of rules you have to follow to continue to get these powers. Some are voluntary, some arent.

It's not a good idea to go around brodcasting your rules. They are intensily personal.

Since you are just starting out, you need to hatch a sinister plot. Or perhaps build up your army of doom some. You can scavenge a few things from the junkyard should you need it. The city around you is a medium sized city unaware of your presence. You are currently relatively unfamiliar with it, but you can do a few things even so.

[] Hatch a sinister plot (Write in, or I can make one for you this once :) )
[] Scavange (1 day 5-50 pounds of metal + 0-5 liters of industrial chemicals)
[] Explore for now
[] Write in

Your character took the powerset of Mastermind. You deal with minions and lackeys. Your rules are as follows in numbers, and the letters are what powers you get in exchange:
Title: Machine Father - Machines will instinctively listen to, and respect you.
1) Your reflexes, strength, and hand to eye coordination can be best considered 'inadequate.'
A) Your Henchmen have a chance to beat Heroes in sufficient numbers, or sufficiently upgraded

2) You have a secret identity
B) So long as you respect other secret identities, you cannot be discovered in yours

3) You must always leave a way out for the heroes instead of going directly for the kill. (If they die this rule isn't violated)
C) You are no longer considered mortal, so long as your home is intact, you are impossible to kill fully.

4) You have an intense desire to describe your current diabolical plot
D) You gain mania for doing so

5) You have an intense desire to cause mayhem, disorder, chaos, changing the status qou and building things. Taking over the world is good too.
E) You gain mania for initiating and completing schemes, finishing grand construction projects and significantly changing how an area or system works.

6) You inspire intense emotion in mundane people. Whether it be fear, awe, or loathing, your villainous persona now has a un-disguisable presence.
F) Mundane people are no longer capable of threatening you. Should they attack you, coincidence, chance, or interruptions will make these attacks fail.

7) Imperious Rule
You may make an oath to your subordinate, and they to you. So long as your side of the oath is held, you know exactly how much they are holding to theirs.

You will note that the above has several references of mania. Mania is on a 1-100 scale. Hit 100 and you go into a maniac phase where you create something new or improve a skill as well as gain a blueprint. Special actions and entertaining events will get more mania. (The patrons of Law and Chaos are entertained by these actions).

MANIA [ Unlimited ]
Listed as a A list Villain (Wanted For Grand Theft, Vandalism, Reckless Endangerment, public endangerment, Attempted Murder, Grand Vandalism and considered a Nation wide threat)

A level gain occurs at 100. When you hit 100 now you can either 1 expand your base by 1000, 2 instantly create something inside home base disregarding materials and time, or 3 gain 2 blueprints.

TORMENT
[ 75 /100 ]

Brilliance:
Unique Android. Created for ECM warefare, she is capable of human level reasoning and fully loyal to you at the moment. Looks like a petite woman in a full body suit of armor. Has large wings, and several feather like antenna on her helmet. Brilliance is capabale of jamming on any frequency, flight, and directing your bots as if she is there. It's also possible to upgrade her further. She retains her memory so long as her core chip is safe. She is also a decent combatant with claw like hands and a decent grasp of fighting.

-Upgrade: Synthetic skin for Brilliance, and tactile sensors. Allows her to finely manipulate objects, and gives her a greater range of capabilities. Also gives her the equivalent of rank one seduction.
-Upgrade (Electromagnetic Sonar): With this upgrade, Brilliance is capable of mapping and diagramming everything within 200 feet regardless of what is in the way. She can see through walls, concrete, most solids. The only thing that will counter this ability are highly conductive metallic materials. If it would cause cell phones to be dead, this would be blocked. Brilliance must stay still and spread her wings to use this ability.
-Upgrade (Exotic Frame):Using new material sciences, this upgrade will reduce her weight, increase her speed, and make her far more durable. It also allows her fingers to function as a dangerous set of claws capable of ripping up any mundane materials.
- Upgrade (Flight Enchantment) - Makes Brilliance a few better flyer and she can now hover
-Upgrade (Lightning Gauntlets) - Can telelport Brilliance home once per day, and can cause a massive electrical shock.
-Upgrade Electro-EM Upgrade

Anti:
Unique Android. Created for anti personnel/hero. Considered an expert combatant with a lv 3 in Personal combat ( Capable of fighting Supernatural opponents). Enhanced reflexes, extreme strength, and incredible durability. He is best described as a Hero Killer. His base model is unarmed, but it's not really needed for most opponents. Could be considered a brother to Brilliance, though he lacks her mobility in exchange for power. Takes the form of a demonic looking silver knight.
-Upgrade (Monomelecular Blade, Enchanted with heat, and returns home if he's destroyed):A specially designed blade about half the size of a human male. When Anti is holding it, he is capable of activating it. When active, this blade can cut through anything. Period.
- Upgrade (Indestructible): Temporary invulnerability
- Upgrade (Home): Can Teleport home once per day
- Upgrade (Grip): Can grip on any surface
- Upgrade (Nano Carbon Fletchettes): Simple device that attaches to Anti's arm and allows him to fire nano-carbon shards. These shards are thin sharp objects that can penentrate almost all conventional armor. The lack of mass makes them lose stopping power fast, but they are still dangerous and lethal.

Winter Wolf:
Unique Android. Sniper bot. Capable of hitting a target from a mile away, and equipped with a anti-tank rifle that's nearly silent. Capable of camoflauge, and is nearly silent when she moves. Grey toned, slim, and looks like she's wearing fur lined armor. Russian accent for some reason.
Upgrade (Sniper Rifle) has same capabilities as elemental guns
Upgrade (Satelite Upgrade): Precise control over the local satellites over the system, and capability of directing them to view anything on the planet.
Upgrade Encroaching Winter: Allows Winter in combination with her satellites cause a winter's storm anywhere

Director Computer:
Master AI capable of directing, backing up, and managing your robots as well as all your bases. He is also considered a level 3 hacker on the skill scale, which means he can break into and manipulate anything but the most secured areas. He also cannot be hacked himself, but can be denied access to various areas.
-Marketplace Upgrade: Business 1, Bureaucracy 1
- Tactical upgrade Allows director to have your bots fight with greater efficiency and tactics.

Summer Fox:
Unique Android. This robot looks almost organic, with six flowing tails fanned out behind it. Beautiful in her own way with summer colors, she's also lacks direct combat capability. Instead she has a multitude of soft magic environmental effects. Has the equivalent of Magic 2 and Ritualism 3, but spells will take time and effort to install. This android requires Minsuh's assistance to be built.
CURENT SPELLS:
Ward: Allows a 'stamp' to be placed on an object, granting them metaphysical weight. Practically, this means that they have 'weight' to spirits and magic, and are no longer vulnerable to basic magics going through them.
Quicksand: Causes the ground to become porous and equivalent to a thick mud. Can be made large enough to swallow a large truck
Lightning Field: Causes a strange electric field to come into place. Harmless to humans, it allows your bots to passively recharge so long as they are in it. Tingles slightly, and causes unshielded electronics to short.
Disguise: Disguises another bot as a person of her choosing.
Upgrade (Silken Robes): Allows Summer to teleport home once per day, and functions as a ward against projectiles.
Accelerate: Ritual that accelerates a device's capabilities by a factor of two. Only works on mechanical devices.

Changes the state of Anti's armor such that for a brief moment he cannot be damaged. Can only be used for a brief moment, and has a cooldown before it can be used again. Causes an immense amount of heat.
- 1 pound hyper-metal. 8 hours work.
Winter Wolf: Unique Android. A robot miming the shaggy, fur clad winter warriors. This creation is capable of calculating the trajectory and velocity of near any firearms. Has personal combat 2, but a specialty in firearms. She also is capable of quite literally blending with the surrounding environment when she stays still for any appreciable amount of time. She also is capable of climbing and perching on any surface. This blueprint comes with a customized tank killer rifle that can pierce through any conventional armor, and blends with her when she does so. The rifle is customizeable.
- 100 pounds steel. 10 pounds nano-carbon. 2 Large Batteries. 15 Computer Chips. 5 quarts industrial chemicals. 8 Large batteries. 80 hours of work

Autumns Glory: Unique Android. A medical and repair bot. He looks a bit like a bird, and has a host of inbuilt tools for various works. Designed initially for medical work, due to Revan's specialty he's actually more capable with robotics. Power Supplies
Recharge Station: Essential for keeping robots in functioning condition. If they are not recharged daily, they shut down. Gas powered, and also a small generator capable of powering your base.
-100 pounds metal. 48 work hours.

Power Plant: This is best described as a high end powerplant. Unlike the recharge station, this requires some more potent fuel, but can provide enough power to do most everything you would need. At a cost.
-100 pounds steel. 20 pounds Titanium. 100 work hours. 30 days requires 1 quart of exotic fuel.
*Note - Many higher end metals will need this device.

Hyper-Dimensional Reactor: A power plant of immense power, capable of powering an entire country at once. Safe, clean, and efficient. The only large issue with it is that it's immobile once created, and is heavy beyond belief. It's the closest thing to a perpetual motion device in existance. Once the spark is done, this thing will run for ages if properly maintained.
- 100 Pounds Hyper-metal. 100 work hours. 50 hours Direct Input

Remote Power Relay: Using dimensional tech, this relay is actually a series of devices that allows power to be remotely supplied. The primary relay is about the size of a small car. This relay can be attached to any power supply, and then will allow transportation to another relay anywhere on the planet. Both of these relays must remain relatively stationary, (They can compensate for some movement) but can handle the full might of multiple Hyper Dimensional Reactors. The secondary relay is equivalent to a manhole cover in size and weight. This one can connect to a primary relay within 100 miles, and can be moved at leisure. It is however relatively fragile, and enough damage will cause it to literally melt. The tertiary relay is about the size of a baseball, can be synced with nearby secondary relays, has a range of 10 miles, and is fully combat capable. Note, the power capacity of the relays goes down as you downgrade.
-Primary:50 hours work. 100 pounds Hyper Metal
--Secondary:25 hours work. 40 pounds Hyper Metal
---Tertiary:5 hours work. 1 pound Hyper Metal

Robot Parts

Miniature Battery: Custom made creations essential for powering your creations. About the size of a quarter.
- .5 pound aluminum. .5 quart of industrial chemicals. 2 hours.

'Blink' Module - A compact device that causes the users to basically blink forward through space a few feet. Designed to be easy to produce and use, Revan can have these produced as an added feature to any of his bots.
- Adds 1 pound Hyper-Metal cost to your designs.

Fabricators/Material Makers
Ribbon Machine - Makes ribbon. Roughly a square foot of it each hour. This machine requires a moderate amount of power (10 can be powered by a HDR). Can be made by a Large Fabricator, and is about the size of a small closet. You want to set it in a sealed room though, and it emits a rather sizable amount of radition types as well as several noxious gasses. The machine will also emit light of varying types.
- 100 Pounds Hyper Metal. 24 hours.
Automated Fabricator(Large) - Designed to allow for construction of massive units too large for you to build on your own. This is more a mobile construction device than an automated device. It can be used as such, but it's necessary for anything really big to be made. Can make most blueprints you know, for the same cost and time. Some larger blueprints will require your direct input.
-500 pounds steel, 200 work hours. Medium / Large Base. Direct Input 20 hours.

Automated Bot Fabricator(Medium) - Can craft Bruiserbots or Dumbots at the rate of 1 every 4 hours. Can make the chips, and batteries as well, but only for the bots since it makes them as part of the body. Upgradeable. Can only handle aluminum / steel right now.
-100 pounds steel, 48 work hours.
-Brusierbots fabrication: 50 pounds steel. 8 quarts industrial chemicals
-Dumbots fabrication: 10 pounds aluminum/steel. 2 quarts industrial chemicals.

--Birdbots. 1 pound aluminum. 1 quart industrial chemicals. 10 hours.
--Eyebots. .5 pound aluminum. .5 quart industrial chemicals. 10 hours.
(Upgrade)Exotic Material Adjustment- Hyper-Metal has an incredibly high melting point. Nano-Carbon actually hardens soon after it's made. Both require very specfic and special handling to properly use in any sort of construction. This blueprint allows your fabricators to use both these materials
-10 pounds hyper metal, 10 pounds nano-carbon. Fabricator (Medium, large) Adds 4 hours processing time to bots when used.
Nanolathe: A specialized station capable of recycling and weaving any standard materials. Furthermore it just needs the basic materials, and it can create specialized materials, if you have the appropriate recipes.
- 10 pounds steel. 1 Chip. 1 Quart Exotic Fuel. 200 Hours. Director Computer. Power Plant.
-- Recipe Hardend steel: Converts 1 pounds steel into Hardened Steel. 1 Hour time.

-- Recipe Nano-Carbon. 2 Pound Polymer compound. 24 hours. Gives 1 pound Nano-Carbon.

Cauldron of Creation - Pulls in matter from space and time to create substances of your choosing. If you want it, it can be made. Makes a pound of pure matter of your choice every other hour. In block form. Which makes it less useful than it sounds. Despite this, it's effectively creating matter from energy.
- 40 pounds hyper-metal. Hyper-Dimensional Reactor dedicated to it's use.

Weapons
Restraining gun: A weapon that shoots coiled restraints. When shot the target will be wrapped in high strength wires that ties themselves together to restrict the target. Has a tensile strength of about a thousand pounds, and is devilishly hard to escape from. Each gun has six shots, and takes a fair amount of time to reload. Has a range of about two hundred yards, and is completely non-lethal. Even a point blank shot can't really damage the target.
- 1 pound aluminum. 1 Pound steel. 1 pound gunpowder. 10 work hours.

Death Ray: A weapon the size of a small car. When powered by an appropriate power source(Your power plant or the cities), this creation is capable of melting any physical armor and has a range of up to ten miles. Penetration power can be set to simply cutting through a sheet of paper to cutting through buildings. This could be considered a weapon of mass destruction.
-Power Source. 4 hours setup time. 1 Giant Laser. 5 pounds Tungsten. 100 pounds steel. 50 work hours to create.

Elemental Gun - Simple gun blueprint that can be customized to produce a multitude of effects. The base 'gun' is roughly the size of a rifle, and about as heavy. However, where the bullets would be is a large modular sphere. Swapping out this sphere changes the effect. Each bullet is the same size, speed and shape (sphere about the size of a fist, subsonic bullet.) Has the following effects:
Ice - Flash freezes on impact
Fire - Ignites and sticks to target, but dissipates after a moment.
Lightning - Causes a shocking effect
Stone - Blunt impact that can dent steel plating
Goo - Sticks to target and is incredibly hard to remove. Water soluble
Air - Does the equivalent to a beanbag.
Anti-Metal - Acidic liquid that destroys metal and leaves other materials intact. Will cause burns if left on skin for more than a few minutes.
Dimensional Ammo - An ammo type for the elemental gun. These spheres are rather unstable, but when slotted into a gun, allow it to fire up to 20 shots of what are essentially null spheres. Upon impact they will annihilate a portion of the matter they hit. It doesn't matter what they hit though, a pebble will be destroyed just as easily is a armor plated tank. Essentially it's a bubble of total destruction that will remove a chunk of matter about the size of a fist when the bubble pops. This is rather important because it allows the shots to be fired wherever you desire without blowback from heat or other assorted issues that other ammunition has.
Has two storage types:

One: Unstable Storage. The rounds will lose power gradually and after roughly a month to two months they will become inert.
Two: Unstable Container. The rounds will store years on end, but a good impact will cause them to either lose power, or explode and annihilate the matter in a sphere roughly the size of someones arm.
- 1 pound steel. 1 Large battery. 10 hours. Can be made in fabricator for half time

Doomsday: A 'cannon' that can change the dimensional fabric of it's target. Requires line of sight, but doesn't shoot a projectile so to speak. Effects roughly 100 yards cubed, but inside this cube anything can happen. You can make it as if it were the center of the sun, gumdrops and cotton candy, or anything you can think of. Has an immense power requirement.
Req: 100 pounds hyper-metal. Hyper-Dimensional Reactor. 100 hours work.

Dimensional bullets-
Armor
Bodysuit: Skintight material that a blend of standard polymers and conductive materials. Doesn't count as metal, but can be used to allow other, more durable parts be added and is used as a beginning interface for powered armor. Very durable, and can resist standard piercing weapons.
- 2 pounds polymer materials. 5 work hours

Light Powered Armor: This is a lightweight suit specially designed for Misuh, but can be adapted for anyone. Weights about ten pounds and is made of ceramic materials. Enhances strength slightly, but is more useful as an interface with Revan's robot line. Capable of withstanding small arms fire. Is also a very good insulator, and liquid cooled so it's comfortable to wear. Has a tactile interface so it's possible to get feedback for manipulating items.
- 10 pounds ceramic materials. 1 medium battery. 16 hours.

Heavy Powered armor: Heavy Version of the previous armor. Weighs around fifty pounds and enhances strength by a factor of 2. Capable of withstanding most standard armaments. Supremely good insulator, but is rather bulky. Has a tactile interface so it's possible to get feedback for manipulating items.
- 10 pounds Ceramic, 20 pounds aluminum. 1 large battery. 24 hours.

Transports
Teleporter - Requires 1 Dimensional physics. With this particular tool, you are capable of creating a device that can teleport to any other teleporter. Can be networked or paired. A single teleporter will envelop anything atop it in a dimensional field and then shift it to the destination. For a brief moment both sides will be in the same area. The teleporter will fail if the destination is too small for the object being teleported.
- 10 pounds steel. 10 Medium Batteries. 12 work hours.

Endless Hallway - A device that allows a stable portal to open to anywhere. Technically it's possible to traverse dimensions with this, but it's not stable or safe without a lot of exploration and scanning. Practically it's best to know where you are going with it lest you open a portal to the sun. It's also extremely loud and obvious at the end point. (Think lightning and thunder)
- 40 pounds hyper metal. 100 hours worth of work. Director Computer. Hyper-Dimensional Reactor (Severe power hog when used.)

Shuttle - A very simple shuttle that can hit orbit and come down without issue. Easy to make, powerful, and solid in a way very few vehicles are. This thing can quite litterally last for decades with proper maintence. A workhorse for orbital work.
- 100 pounds steel. 100 pounds titanium. 24 hours work. 100 quarts exotic fuel each trip.

Misc
Comm Beacon: A device using dimensional physics and exotic components to allow near instantaneous communications with a receiver. When using this, communications are near impossible to interrupt without a copy of the receiver. Receivers are standard on all your bots. Not on a radio wavelength.
- 10 pounds Hyper-metal. Power Plant. 24 work hours.

Pocket Dimension - You know Dr Who and his Tardis? You can make this now. Or you can be like Washu and make your own universe. Quite litterally you make your own dimension. However, the power requirements are immense. One Hyper-Dimensional Reactor will create a space the size of a large base, and be tapped out. So while you can continuously make more, it's a bit hard. This is a very stable dimension that's sort of attached to reality. However if the power stops, everything is dumped out of one of the endpoints. Note: There is an Anchor to reality as part of the blueprint. Basically a hyper-metal 'gateway'. If this is destroyed you are sort of stuck inside the pocket dimension. The Comm Beacon is the second endpoint. If this is lost as well... The dimension goes adrift. Functionally everything inside the dimension is lost.
- 1 Hyper-Dimensional Reactor = 1 Large Base of space. Director computer. 100 hours of work. Comm Beacon. 40 pounds hyper-metal. Stable endpoints

Perfect Prison - A device that freezes a victim in time. So long as it is intact, the victim is effectively out of time, and in fact will not register anything happening to them. It requires a massive amount of power to start it, but once in place all that's needed is the device. The victim is quite literally indestructible when under this effect.
- 10 pound Steel. 1 Pound Hyper Metal. Hyper-dimensional Reactor to 'start'.

Doom Bots
Ice - This bot is a lesson in ice and cold. In it's truest form it's almost a skeleton. Spindly and barely looking like it can stand on it's own weight. This form is seen only when it's inactive. Active, the bot takes the shape of a icy raindeer. Solidified air covers it's form as a second skin, and it's steps leave trails of frost. Furthermore, it constantly drains the heat over a wide area, causing a localized blizzard that gets worse the close it is. A master of defense, most attacks will simple be eaten by it's might.
- Requires. 100 Pounds Hyper-Steel. 500 pounds Nano-carbon. 15 days in Large Fabricator. 1 day of supervision. 24 hours of dedicated work, and powering from a hyperdimensional reactor.. Minsuh assisting in the creation.
Void: This is a strange bot. Very little will of it's own. Delicate in a way most other bots aren't. A good hit will break it's abilities. Good luck doing that though, space is warped around it, and things quite simple can't touch it when it's six arms are moving. This isn't it's primary ability though. It's primary ability is very simple. I can bend space such that it can move armies to it's location from across the world.
- 1,000 pounds Hyper Metal. 100 hours in Large Fabricator. 24 hours personal work. Minsuh assisting.

Freedom: This is less a bot, and more a swarm of bots. Each bot is the size and shape of an ant. Their function is very simple. They take apart things. Robots, cars, buildings. Furthermore, they can continually build more of themselves. They will actually ignore organic things, but will take apart their equipment and clothing if they get close enough.
-10 pounds steel. 48 hours work. Will make 100 bots.

Eternal: This creation is essentially one of the most poweful creations Revan can make. It has absolute control over the environmnet within a 500 foot radius. It can make the ground molten, change the texture and color, and rearrange the matter at will. Has the appearance of a small child inside a bubble ball. The ball's essentially his armor, and the boy inside the bot itself. The only weakness he has is that Heroes and Villians are immune to direct manipulations.
-100 pounds of nano-carbon. 50 pounds of hyper-metal. 24 hours of uninterrupted work from Revan and Minsuh. 5 Hyper Dimensional Reactors nearby to start him. 1 Hyper Dimensional reactor is consumed on activation.

Terriforming

Atmosphere Generator - An engine that once planted belches out air suitable for living in. Massive in a way that very few other things are. Eight of them will fully transform a planet.
- Power Plant. 50,000 pounds steel. 50,000 bot work hours. 1,000 hours digbot work.

Lightning Generator - Creates lightning. Required to establish a proper electromagnetic field. 100 of them are required to fully protect a planet.
- Power Plant. 1,000 pounds steel. 1,000 bot work hours.

Grand Earth Maker - Capable of transforming landscapes alone. Massive in size. Looks like a very large bulldozer with teeth.
-20,000 pounds steel. 500 large fabricator hours. Gigabot assistance

Water God - This device is the size of a small city. Once activated it digs deep into the ground and then water starts pouring out. It can literally fill up an ocean in a year.
-100,000 pounds steel. 100,000 bot work hours. 1,000 hours work Grand Earth Maker. 50,000 Digbots

Green Mother - Automated Device the size of a car. Plants seeds and other materials necessary for a sustainable ecology. All it needs is water and soil.
-100 pounds steel. 50 hours.

Storm Controller - Device that is capable of managing the local weather. Multiple ones can overlap, and the power becomes magnified. One thousand of them can control half the world properly spaced out.
-1,000 pounds steel. 100 work hours. Power Plant.

Great Maw - All of these devices need power and materials. It's not efficient to do this solo. So, this device quite literally devours part of the planet. It digs deep into the crust and down farther. When done it can produce 5,000 pounds of steel a day as well as a multitude of other metals.
-500 pounds of hyper metal. Power Plant.

CHARACTERS

Captain Red is the major hero in the Delight-ville. His major power is forcefields, which he uses to float and basically hit things hard. He's considered a A rank heror. He tends to handle heavy, obvious crime. Notably he's not particularly intelligent, but incredibly stubborn. Speculation on this hero states that he has a 'rescue hostage' ruling, but that's speculation. He does definitely have a 'anti-normal' ruling which makes him fairly immune to non-villain attacks. Your personal ruling counters this, so you are fine if you use your minions.

Captain Red's costume is best described as red. Red spandex, red cape, red helmet. He's almost all in red, and to be frank it's not exactly the most creative costume in the world either.

--

Beatrix is a secondary rank hero mostly concerned with finding plots and other less obvious crimes. She's a low grade tech hero. It's notable that she's actually more concerned with investigation and proof over actual crime fighting. She's considered a B rank Hero, if only because she's not very committed to actually fighting villains. She's more concerned with stopping crimes in general.

Beatrix doesn't have a costume. When she's spotted she's in civilian attire. She's blond haired and fair skinned. However, there are no known identities with her appearance, so she's likely got a 'secret identity' ruling.

--

The last hero that is around is called MadCap. She's blonde, pilots a mecha, and loves explosives.

--

There is one villain currently active in the city. A catburgler. Male from the looks of it, but aside from the knowledge that he's going around stealing things, there isn't much more information on him out there.

--

There is another villain starting to make a name for himself. He pilots a biplane and often attacks at random for no discernible reason. He's called Marauder.

--

There is one gang active, the other one has been eliminated in this city.

It is a branch of a super-villain called Maestro. He's a mastermind like you are, but his focus is more on people and less on other things. The branch here prowls the mid and high class areas, providing drugs and other more discrete criminal enterprises. So long as you don't go about messing with them, they adhere to a non-interference policy.

Anyone notice this

That's kinda the point.

I wonder if we can get some powerups there.

A Stand for all would be nice.
Well theoretically Revan could hide out in another dimension having fun if he generates too much heat. Also the first place I want to stop in is Worm (Brockton Bay, pre-Leviathan) mostly because I want to see the WTF moment from the local heroes and Villains.

The Revan Meets Dragon.

In the mean time Dragon Slayers go into panic mode when they find out about Revan's AI

"So you want to know what I want?" You pause for a long moment as you think. "I want to be free. I want... to be able to do anything I wish, pranking policemen or drawing my name on the moon. That is my goal. To beat the system so that I am free to chase after my fleeting dreams and ephemeral wishes."

Mr E raises an eyebrow and shakes his head. "Lofty goal. Just a tiny bit childish too. A suggestion for you to think of later. Build yourself a big spaceship, and then just... Leave." He waves a hand into the air. "Play Robot Pirate, see the sights. Go off and have fun so to speak. Here you will just get beaten down and forced to play the rules. You might not win so to speak, but I think you would find your goals better suited for that."

He laughs. "Here I am getting Maudlin. There's no place like home for me, so whatever floats your boat."

"I wouldn't mind having you work for me you know." You point out dryly. "You said it your self the same type of Player's makes the game far more boring than it has to be."

"HA!" The Villain laughs. "You should be working for me if we are going that route. But I'm not a team player."

"There aren't many." You give a shrug at the thought.

"No, there aren't." Mr E admits. "It's a Hero thing. Most Villains are in it for themselves. Now with your goal it's going to be a bit hard to show me your dedication to it, but I think you can manage. You look to be a smart lad." He pauses and looks around your base. Minsuh and the other bots have positioned themselves in subtle, out of the way spots.

"Oh! You've got your entire gang here for me too!" He stalks up to Misuh who watches him with a raised eyebrow. "Minsuh the Ninetails! Pleasure to meet you! The screams you've had recorded are works of art. I especially like the one where you gutted the father and daughter at the same time. Magnificent."

"You do know that was illusion right?" She points out. "Well, admittedly the people thought it was real..." She furrows her eyebrows. "Wait, that one was audio only, and on a record. I'm pretty certain all copies were destroyed."

"Oh, I have my ways. I wouldn't be a fan if I didn't have all your works." Mr E waves his hand. "Why don't you ditch the kid and come play a few games? I got a few lovely places lined up, and I'm certain you would love to see the horrified faces." He waggles his eyebrows and you aren't certain to be irritated or horrified.

"Oh, tempting." Minsuh purrs. "But I have prior commitments. You know how it is."

The Villain sighs. "Really? A fox like you doesn't commit to anything without a way out. I certainly don't, and I'm admittedly still learning."

She snickers slightly. "Sorry hun, I girl's gotta have her secrets."

You really didn't want to know that Mr E could pout. "Fair enough my fine bloody vixen, I will leave you to your game. Well somewhat, you know how business is."

Minsuh rolls her eyes as the man turns back to you.

"All right. You are the mastermind, show me your skills!" Mr E claps his hands briskly together. "Show me the depths of your conviction. Being an A rank Villain isn't just being strong. Prove that you have what it takes to be one."
