The grammar and syntax are painful. It's seen especially in the Calvert's POV...
I had not thought of that. Thank you for suggesting that possibility. I would still like confirmation from Lisa though and whether it was active sabotage or honest mistake. The distinction will probably determine whether she becomes Taylor's friend or Taylor's caretaker or worse. How about the other possibility, Tattletale has given Coil the wrong name on purpose, to eliminate him without giving herself out.
If Tom hurts so much as a hair on Danny's head, Taylor carve the most brutally efficient path through his base to get her father back. And God help Tom if he hurt Danny beyond that, because God will be the only person who can save him.And now I am curious if Taylor will use Doom style weapon or go Pandora style on the snake hunt.
I can't wait for the next chapter. It should be good.
Because they're not worth being sent to prison for. Sheesh, so many bloodthirsty people in the Worm fandom. So something that I actually want to criticize about this story. Danny is a bit of a flop. In canon Taylor had no permanent injuries so I could understand his reluctance to push the school so hard. Here he thinks Taylor is retarded. He knows who did it too. Why isn't he sueing the school or convincing his fellow dock workers to murder Emma and Alan?
I would like to direct your attention to following quote.
See, Danny is compiling file that he needs for the lawsuits.Busily looking at the files, and the cases he wanted to use to bury the school and my bullies to the ground.
He still thinks of them as timelines. Uh.... I might have unintentionally put simulation there without thinking... sorry for the confusion...Um, doesn't Coil think he is running two time lines and is unaware of the simulation nature of his power?
This seems out of character for Lisa. Not that she got it wrong - that's entirely understandable. That she just handed the info to Coil without trying anything. Lisa knows that Poltergeist('s imaginary team) defeated Lung. Why isn't she contacting Danny to try and get rid of Mister Recruits at Gunpoint Coil?"There is a high chance that Poltergeist is the head himself, one named Danny Hebert."
That was my conclusion as well about the previous chapter. If she's looked at enough records to identify Danny as probably being Poltergeist, then her power would probably have enough info to identity Taylor as the real culprit. Not necessarily - as you pointed out, she's not infallible - but probably.I suppose if Lisa is having a good day she might have worked out who Poltergeist really is and come to the conclusion that telling Coil it is Danny instead is the best was of ensuring Coil meets a bad case of ultra violence.

Again, though, this seems out of character. Lisa is no saint, but I don't see her risking getting a (not)random person's father assassinated for one of her plans.
Now maybe there is some way this all makes sense. If so I can only suggest one thing: Tattletale Interlude next, please.
Wouldn't that disprove Danny is a parahuman? She saw the medical files. There are no Corona Pollentia in her brain so it is impossible. Even if she have one, she literally can't do anything as her medical files states she is always in a constant state of low brain activity that borders on being in a coma.
Uh.... I think I didn't write enough, but I was implying that Danny have a Corona Pollentia in him, unlike Taylor.Wouldn't that disprove Danny is a parahuman?
Because the sons and daughters of parahumans always have the ability to trigger. Even if that parent hadn't triggered yet the child can trigger, thats why QA was monitoring Taylor when it wanted to connect its main self to Danny, then it switched its main self to Taylor.
So it can be anyone except Danny (and Taylor)
Lisa wouldn't know that though right. (Thats why she doesn't know danny didn't trigger).Uh.... I think I didn't write enough, but I was implying that Danny have a Corona Pollentia in him, unlike Taylor.
I think I am just really bad at implying things, but I think I tried to imply it on this sentence below. If Taylor can't trigger, then since powers go to descendants, it naturally means that Danny can't trigger unless taylor is a special exception (which is what is happening here but Lisa shouldn't be assuming that.)
My thought when writing this specific sentence is that people might understand she includes anything that can be considered part of their history, including Danny's past medical records.
Why would Danny have brain scans?
