So as you know you are Sans and that comes with a lot of negative aspect along with the positives.
Stamina
You have a very low stamina pool, your stamina is depleted after any strenuous action is performed, you can regain stamina by Resting for certain amount of times, if you're stamina is depleted you gain a Exhausted debuff that causes a - 10 deduction to your dice rolls and checks, if you continued battling after The Minor Exhausted debuff the advanced form which is a Major Exhaustion debuff that removes a -20 from your rolls and checks, and finally the Extreme Exhaustion which knocks you unconscious and reduces effectiveness from all Rolls and Checks by -35(This includes Magic,Skills, Attack and Defense).
Glitch Points
This are points that can be earned by directly or indirectly interfering in the timeline and causing wide changes to the Game and breaking it's basic rules, it allows you to buy perks and upgrades along with eventually Cheats.

Your soul is one of the most important stat as the more checks that are passed leads to the acquiring of more SOUL trait and eventually lead to creation of a custom SOUL trait when the SOUL you have becomes larger and gains more improvement.

There are two route's Genocide and Pacifist Route's and a Neutral Route, each route can be summed as Bad Ending , Good Ending and Neutral Ending. In this quest there are new Route's that can be unlocked the Mass Genocide Route and Perfect Pacifist Route's more information is confidential.

With two cracks on his skeleton skull and a body dripping with the vile of the Void his hands had two holes within them as the man started glitching and twitching he was interfering with numerous Au's with a device of great power he created which was The Throne.
His plan was both complicated and simple, he created a nexus that would bind the laws of Time and allow him to time travel to the past to reverse his broken existence.
Unknown to the lost scientist he had made something more esoteric than he imagined, this Nexus took upon its core the fundamental Code's Of Alternate Universes which would then cause a change of immense proportion.
The Scientist sat on the Throne and the impossible happened, a new soul was crafted a soul that was the combination of a monsters and humans Soul forming a God Soul , The Codes from numerous Universes collected were used to remove Gaster from the bounds of the Codes and ascended him beyond the void.
The cracks in his skull disappear replaced with black markings, the holes within his hands closed and vanished, his eyes gained the tint of mercurial essence as his cloak reformed into a garment that was made from the heart of the void.
"Interesting...." The now ascended God says as he shifted from his Throne ascending from it as he stood up and gazed upon the now tamed Void.

As frisk pressed the RESET button the whole world got rewinded back to the very beginning of the world itself before the events of The Great War and during the world creation due to Gaster imbuing Hate into her amplifying the capabilities of Determination.
Frisk looked around in shock and fear as she stared at the black space of nothingness surrounding her.
"Yes it seems it is time" Gaster shade says as he stabbed through Frisk chest and pulled out her Soul.
Frisk falls down in pain as tears began streaming from her closed eyes as her body began fading and flickering away slowly.
She tried to reach at her Soul in Gaster grasp but she failed as he vanished from the space of nothingness at the beginning, Frisk couldn't help but cry for help as she remembered hurting Sans emotionally due to killing his brother, she wanted to ask for forgiveness and make things right but now she couldn't do anything.
As her body began fading she then realized her desires no her craving which began emanating internally within her now Soulless body.
Her Craving was ————————.
Gaster had fully Emanated his craving upon the world of Undertale as he changed the beginning of the world and predetermined the future within his Script.
The world changed due to the craving of "I want a world of of infinite paths and potential" and "I want to understand all the Truth of the Unknown".
The universe became one of endless path and unlimited output were every single person could perform unlimited Route's and access infinite potential and pave way towards impossibilities a world were people strive towards discerning the unknown by experimenting with things of the dark.
The name of this world is now "AnimaTale : The Tale Of UnderCreation".
The events of the story changed a lot Sans and the other monsters were freed from the underground by the humans on the surface in other to forge peace between the two races.
Since Frisk didn't exist anymore the Monsters were still hostile to some of the humans and the same could be said for some humans towards monster kind.
The boss monsters all went there separate ways as even papyrus left Sans for some unknown reasons leaving only Sans to explore the surface by himself well it couldn't be help as he had magic he could switch between his human and monster forms so he was alright a little.
Sans was in his home holding the real knife as he was reminiscing of Frisk and there good times together, he smiled a little as he held the knife closely also remembering the Genocide route's then he felt something.
"A human Soul what is that doing here" He says in surprise as he then sees the Soul color which was red "Wait What! a red Soul no one possesses a red SOUL except ... Frisk".
"..." Sans looked at the Soul as he grabs it a pulse of power filled his Soul as he was filled with Determination.
He kept his knife inside his jacket as he came outside and walked through the city of Suwahara he knew no he felt it that Frisk was with him maybe spiritually but he felt her presence after absorbing her Soul and he knew that Gaster must have done something to her.
Loosing track of time and dozing off Sans managed to reach the park but it was already in the night as he was about to go back home a strange smell hit his nose Sans decides to observe the area around the park as his eyes widened immensely as he sees the skewered dead body of a woman lying upon a pool of blood underneath her.
Vladmeir a white haired man with blood red eyes was standing at the front of the corpse with blood dripping from his mouth and stained on his body.
The boy turned to sans with a sadistic smile as he observed Sans with predatorial eyes and immediately lounged at him at bullet speed.

Sans dodged his assault with some trouble as the man continuously sent numerous slashes at Sans at the speed of bullets as Sans dodged all the blows.

The man tried to hit Sans again but his Attack failed as he grith his teeth in annoyance. "If it wasn't for that damn Swastika I would have one shotted you"the man with red eyes says as his skin became paler and a strange aura sprouted out from his body.

In an instant multiple blood red stakes consumed the entire park overriding the space and turning the park into a hell of crimson death.
