Tokyo Babylon Anime Petition

In what will likely change nothing in the grand scheme of things, I've decided to make a petition for an anime adaptation of Tokyo Babylon.
What is Tokyo Babylon, you may ask ?
Well, it was one of mangaka group CLAMP's first manga, published between 1990 and 1993, and ties in to their later and better known manga X/1999.
Two OVAs and one live-action movie were based off it, although none of them adapt directly the manga's events and act more as dubiously canonical sidestories.
An anime adaptation was planned for 2021, but since they gave the production to GoHands the few promotional pictures seen were downright ugly and then it got cancelled due to blatant plagiarism of costume and character designs.
On with the story.
In as few words and spoilers as possible, Tokyo Babylon is the story of Subaru Sumeragi, thirteenth head of his clan of onmyouji at age sixteen. We follow him as he goes around Tokyo, helping people (and ghosts) who suffer in a city that often lack even a shred of kindness.
He is accompanied by his exuberant twin sister Hokuto, and their veterinarian friend Seishirou Sakurazuka, who often professes to be deeply in love with Subaru and who is himself an onmyouji.
If you've read Tokyo Babylon, X/1999, anything by CLAMP or just happen to have seen this thread in passing, please sign my petition.

Any thoughts regarding any of CLAMP's series (their bibliography can be found here) are welcome, as there isn't really any discussion forums concerning their works I've been able to find on the Internet.
