Apiata, Indorian, Seyek, and Starfleet scouting assets must scramble and identify, quantify, and tail simulated approaching forces, while other forces rally at hardpoints. The Excelsior and Salnas will be prowling the frontier as two advanced hunter-killer groups on the Union side, engaging scouts while the scouts attempt escape.
