I don't know these characters good enough, would they surely use the opportunity to escape or would they attack the capes now that they are at a disadvantage? Skidmark and his crew doesn't seem to like the heroes very much...

Shrimpmark would rather leave then continue fighting, but the heroes are attacking so they can't right now. Also yeah, attacking New Wave isn't good for your rep, even if you have a reason.

[X] Getting people evacuated out of here before things get worse! There's rubble in the streets, and all the projectiles being fired are dangerous, and the panicking crowds are making it worse.
-[X] The people who got injured from that cannon blast, it's going to be hard for them to get out of here.

Skidmarks name will likely merge wellcheers own sense into it and his own
Wellcheers ego is simply called soda
Skidmarks name is self explanatory
Mayhaps Poptop or Recycle, poptopping being how you chug something from the bottom and recycle because you can recycle soda cans and he is essentially planning to recycle the ships and clean the bay
Ability assuming it's a mix of his cannon ability and wellcheers, Healing soda rivers in likelihood due to it merging the strip and movement mechanic with the instant ocean and soda aspects of skidmark along with the Shanghaing aspect of wellcheers..... which is fitting considering the merchants did force people to join by many methods in cannon if I remember
Sherrel assuming they gain a subordinate ego or derivative of wellcheers will likely warp their vehicular proclivity into a proclivity for boats, name will likely shift from squealer to similar, assuming similar possibly evoking Bubba gulps I can imagine her codename being something like Motor Jenny, motor for motor boats both the actual boats and motor boating someone if not wellcheer ego will likely get an ego oriented towards grandiose design, vehicles, traveling, or escaping a situation
Mush, assuming merged name sense I can imagine him being called Trawler due to trawling the trash out of the bay and how his ability could be compared to a trawling net, agility will likely add an aquakinesis aspect to his debris gathering assuming merger, if not wellcheers ego will likely orient towards an ego oriented towards protection

Edit this also shows that the cat cam be trusted....... if only in the sense it will be truthful on its perspective of others

I really like the theatrics :D
Although I'm still not sure if Puss In Boots it's an inherent betrayer, after all it did say "We are quite alike in the end, yes? Two poor souls helping others for no cost in return, only to have it flung in our face as they reject it for no reason but spite."
If anything I think it's more of an revenger/the gift itself is the price.

normal human is fatal to all.
look at rats in ruina or limbus for reference of normal human resistance
anyway, someone get a plan where we distract the heros im dying for sleep

You resist mental/mind based Master effects. For instance, Glory Girl's aura, Cherish and Heartbreaker's whole emotion manipulating thing etc. Master effects that don't directly target the mind like Regent's power work normally though. You have what a regular human's resistance to blunt attacks are, basically none. A hammer to the arm or a piece of concrete flung at Missy hurts like normal, which means broken bones, squished meat bits etc. Pierce attacks hurt, but they don't penetrate as deeply so you can get skewered but its not gonna go as deep, bullets injure you but they are only kind of serious. Slash attacks can cut you but you won't bleed as much and most hits will just glance off instead. Something that would slice off your limb only cuts deeply, making it hard to move that arm, but still possible.
 
So the most directly deadly methods do not act as effectively
While the blunt one does
Not that surprising
It isn't the fall that kills but the impact
And puss has been smacked around and tossed in a version or two
Example tossed out a window to dispose of him while they were playing dead

Don't worry enough bullets to the head or torso can and will kill you. Same thing with neck slices. You just don't need to worry as much about those attacks.

Let's be honest in Worm you get branded a villain for almost everything, that is the reason the Elite exist, they tried to get work legally but the law came and said "if you use your powers to make a living but don't work for the Protectorate you are villain" and pushed them until they became villains.

If I remenber correctly Parian also jumps trough a lot of hoops to not be declared a villain, she isn't "hired" but given "suggestions" of where set up "improtu shows" with the "expected donations" for their actions, also with Parian her other job choice is clothing design not making so nobody can accuse her of using her power for it. Canary thing was really weird and makes little sense no matter how you see it (she is both hated due to resembling the Simurgh yet a semi-popular singer whose songs apparear in commercials, is know she lacks control over her powers and that they leave no trace yet she is allowed to sing to whole stadiums, etc.)

Also not only the cat will try to push Missy towards being the secret queen of the City but this is Worm, so villany will probably happen no matter how much we fight it, if only because following the law will not work in many occassions.

How we do so is our choice
Everyone loves a good villain
A villain need not be evil or tacky
They can be good, quipy, but in essence rebellious or selfish even if they do good while causing Mayhem
Villain is a label
Why not give them a lesson in both style and PR consciousness, heros and villain alike
So why not be Villain #1?
If we must be a villain let's be good, a good villain and fond adversary of so called heroes and a villain of good honor and morality!

How about we actually help people. If we are going to be pushed into villainy whatsoever, let's do it in a way that at least stings.

Well my vote to attack the heroes is because I see it as the fastest way to stop the fight. The longer the fight goes the more chances people will get hurt.

Also I find the last part of the "help out" vote with the videotaping sort of OOC and incosistent, until then the vote is to pull people away from the fight but then it becomes to come back once the fight ends just to insult New Wave while ensuring you end looking good for doing that.

Like I wouldnt mind if the cat engineers that to happen somehow, but it doesn't seem like something she would do by her own yet.
