Stan Lee as the person pulling the lever/pressing the button that starts the Serum transformation.

I like the other ideas as well, but this would be him literally 'creating' another hero.
 
Wouldn't it be better to release it on the first of July so we get the whole 4th of July weekend crowd? The 4th falls on a Monday for the year of 2011 so we might lose crowds because most people wouldn't be able to see it during daytime showings unless they take off work. It would give us a solid 2 weeks before the Deathly Hallows part 2 releases.

Edit: Did some research and Transformers Dark of th Moon was released June 29th it also made more than original timeline Captain America.

Yeah, it would be more advantageous to release it on the 1st. But then again, the symbolism of releasing the film on July 4th would also grant you a bonus.

Both options are good in the end.

Also, I usually do some rolls in the background to see if the movies would change their release dates. I did so in the case of Shutter island and they decided to remain where they were. Then again, you were still building the Marvel brand then, and it was Hawkeye, so they had an advantage. Let's see how it goes this time around.

Harry Potter and Voldemort surely are though.

So, in conclusion, Transformers keeps its release date, Harry Potter took the other option.

I really wonder what the 100+ appeal translates to as far as hype and build up goes for this movie, I don't think we've ever rolled so well on appeal with the executives before.

Are we going to be seeing some 'every street corner' level advertising?

I mean, it even just so happened to fit with a July 4th release date… it's the perfect storm for a movie.

If the TV show takes place before / releases before Avengers, let's do TV shows first. Then it can serve as additional build up to the movie.

If the TV show takes place after / releases after Avengers, let's do Avengers first. Then it can serve as a way to see how the world has changed post-Avengers.

Can't we have a show with peggy carter as the lead set after captain America showing the founding of shield and stuff like that and how they became the shield of humanity
 
Considering we have War Machine show most likely getting a 2nd season, we need to think of what he is doing during the Avengers, potentially even giving him a role in the movie, or at least a reason why he isn't part of the main action, potentially dealing with stuff in another country.

I think War Machine as a show is one that could work better being set after Avengers, Rhodey dealing with a new level of fame and status by proxy. I don't really see of a way we could set-up Avengers with his show without taking things away from the movie, or being redundant.

Maybe but it might be tough to get it to flow nicely throughout the rest of the MCU canon considering the main protagonists and antagonists have their fate mostly sealed in the modern day (Nefaria, Zemo, SHIELD, etc.).
