What else is around here.
Let's see. What's this purple thing? Needles in the eye, looks painful. Back you go. Let's see if I can find any new tech!
These computers are useless! They are just logs! Well, one did unlock a door. But still! That's it.
Strange... Wouldn't there be internet? A browser, I know humans always have one. So why isn't this connected to it.
Unless... Oh, this is a simulation. Why did it take me this long to figure it out! My transportation is never that smooth! How did they put me in it anyways. Why put me in it! Ok I can understand why, but still.
The only reason they would use a simulation is if they weren't sure of my intentions, which means I need to hide my abilities. Slightly.
I've already shown INCINERATE, and TELEPORTATION. Since this is a simulation, I might as well have some fun. I deploy the gliders in my boots and start to glide around. Now this is fun! It's like ice-skating!
I swing around several rooms, this station is amazing for a simulation, which means at one time it may actually have existed. Door locked? Welp, hack!
I glide into the next room, just to hear some gun fire. I look around the corner to see a human shooting down a humanoid typhon. Man his eye is red, way to many eye needle things I'm guessing. He looks at me, surprised huh.
"Sup!" I glide in circles around him. "You've had a few too many needles in your eye huh. Oh well. Name's... What was my name again?" He's looking at me like I'm crazy.
"Ah, sorry. It's just been a long LONG time since I've spoken to another intelligent being. Anyways, Greeting!"
He doesn't say anything. Just observes. "Mute are you? Oh well. Well, I'd talk more, but I've got a station to explore. If you need help you'll find me over there. As an Explorer I need to explore ya know."
I leave him as I glide around, A turret! Hows this work... Interesting, despite being a simulation most of these things are extremely accurate. What can I do with this!
After a few minutes of tinkering around I know exactly how the turret works, I can build my own, and make it follow my own programs.
Oh the human is back. He motions at me.
"You want me to follow you?"
He nods yes.
"Well, Alright."
I glide after him as he moves around. For a human his movements are surprisingly... inhuman. Oh well, I'll just add it to the list of strange things about humans!Oh, Typhons! INCINERATE! That's five molten bodies there.
He's glancing between the bodies and me. I look at him. "What? Didn't ant barbeque?"
He takes one more glance at me then continues to move.
Ok, definitly not human, although he has some human responses, he acts like everything is a puzzle. He gathers materials like a mad man, and he has a clear goal in mind. Which humans almost never have. I say almost because of supersoldiers.
I follow him down the way. Eventually hitting an office. Morgan Yu's office. I'm just going to call him Morgan, since he seems to be of Asian descent.
This is a pretty big room, you can tell this place isn't military by looking out the windows. Research station for the win!
My name shall be Explorer! Atleast till I remember my former name. How many names have I gone by now in my lifetime? Eh, can't remember.
"Welcome back Morgan." Robotic voice, an AI? I like AIs!
"Who is this?"
Morgan shrugs. I look at the floating coffee maker.
"Greetings robot AI! How are you today?"
I swear I can see confusion in that light.
"What are you?"
"Ah, I am Explorer, I forgot my real name, so I'm going to use that for now. Hi!"
"I mean, what race."
"I am a.... a.... Wow my memory is terrible. I know it was Super something, but I'm not sure what was after Super. Anyways, woke up in a room, decided to get out. Found Morgan, now I'm here."
