Both in making revisions to the contract (there's nothing apparent that's wrong or unessessary, but that's why it's smart speak with an expert.), and in wording the wish. He is a timeless entity of great power. Coupled with the contracts Guests of the Velvet Room sign, the Master has some experience in these sorts of things.
