[X] Capital Area: Almost the heart of Texas and the centre of the Texan State Government and many business interests! If we establish the HQ in this area we can be sure to know that the Texan State Government will become more friendly with us and our understanding of development theory and actions will gain a boost for as long as our HQ is here.

[X] Panhandle: It's a simple life out here but one that we can hide quite well. By establishing our HQ away from the busy cities and far from our mistakes at Rio Grande we can bet the world will slowly forget about us. We also might be able to get away with more things being so far away from the centres of attention. Setting up our HQ here will give a boost to our Stealth Theory and a overall boost to all Stealth Actions. We will also gain control of the area.

[X] Coastal Bend: We have a few friends in the coastal bend looking for a surge of investment and are interested in what we'd done. If we set up our HQ in this area, they promise to give us a cut of their offshore Texan oil rigs that dot the coast of Texas. They also promise to give us aid in moving our agents around the place. Setting up here will give the Company a massive boost in funds, Movement Theory and control of the area.
