Hello, this is Levelgap. I am new to SV and this is my first time making a quest here.
I am a bad writer so you will see a lot of bad grammars and poor English here. I am sorry in advance if that happens.
So this quest is about a person reincarnating to another world. Though this world is also set in a modern world, just a bit different than our Earth.
Other than the one you are going to use, there are other people along with you who got reincarnated in this world.
The goal is... well for now we don't have one. Maybe base on how the quest goes, the goal might come up?
I can't promise to update this frequently. This idea that came to me and was pretty persistent inside my mind so I decided to put this here.

It seems like this entity has killed all of you in an accident due to being defeated by a match in a game, and as an apology it wants to reincarnate you and the others on this world.
This world is a bit different. Despite having the same geography, this world have a lot of different things in it. You can testify to that because you have live in this world for awhile now.

By picking the Strategy genre, you acquired the ability to create Units. These Units are separated in their own Categories. Units are fully sentient and will obey all your orders regardless of your language. They are also extremely loyal to you and won't even be able to betray you.
Additionally, you have Strategy Points (SP). SP are needed to create your units. You can acquire SP through "Battle" or just your passive income.
"Battle" is not necessarily limited through combat situations. It also includes anything that you need to compete, like winning in a food competition, winning in a debate, and anything that causes you to go in a conflict with someone.
Your starting SP is 100, and your passive income is 10 per hour.
Winning "Battles" will upgrade your passive income and unlock other categories of Units.
Additionally, you have Strategy Points (SP). SP are needed to create your units. You can acquire SP through "Battle" or just your passive income.
"Battle" is not necessarily limited through combat situations. It also includes anything that you need to compete, like winning in a food competition, winning in a debate, and anything that causes you to go in a conflict with someone.

But you still stand up and decided to start your day early because there are some things that you have to do.
Like your Part Time Work.
You don't know why a part time worker needs to be as early as the regular workers there but that work is something you like, so you aren't that bothered on that.
You are working as an intern on Valerie Solutions. It's one of the fairly popular companies here that deals with technology.
The manager of your team seems to have taken a liking to you due to your immense knowledge on programming and technology in general. So even as a part timer, it seems like he wants you to be a regular at the job.
Of course, you can't really work full time in there. You still have the university to worry about. Also, you are a bit busy on your side project.
Your past life, being one of the students of the prestigious academy for those who study magic and technology, makes you have an edge to anyone in this world.
Yes, you know magic.
Your former world is a lot more advanced than this one. Technology there is a lot more complex that most of it can't be replicated in this world.
Even though you know all the basics and advanced knowledge on your world, you can't really create any Magitech without any Mana in this world. You tried using other forms of energy as a substitute but all of it failed.
It's not like you are a prodigy. So you think it was not surprising to fail like that.
Still, you wanted to introduce it on this world. A technology where even normal humans can use magic.
And also, to make it possible that what happened to your family didn't happen again to the others.
The sense of hopelessness as you just wait for them to draw their last breath as the doctors and nurses shakes their head in pity at you. You don't want to let others feel that.

First, I try to imagine looking for the description of the SP and the Income.
Oh. It shows their description. It feels like I am just operating on a holographic computer like back in my world.
I try to look at the description on the list from the Unit section.
Then I understood it.
It seems like I can create any insects on Earth if I unlock the Insect Category. On Animalia, it's all the Animals from Earth. Prehistoric Age seems to cover Primates up to the Stone Age people. Medieval Age is from the Iron Age up to the near 18th Century. Industrial Age covers the early 18th Century up to 1980s. Then the Dinosaurs seems to cover from Palaeozoic up to Caenozoic Era. Then the Modern Age covers anything from the present time in this world.
It didn't include technology that came from my old world.
It seems like I can summon any Units that came from that Category so long as I update it. Though, I still need SP to do that.
Units seems to be a term to a living being in that Category. Like for example, in Animalia, I can create a Lion or a Tiger. If I pick the Medieval Age, then I can create a Footman or a Cavalier, or even a Farmer. So long as they existed on what that Category covers, I can create it.
Though, it is only limited to what can be considered as "Something Moving". I mean, I can even create a Chariot, the Rider and the Vehicle included in it.
But that's all what I can understand base on those long descriptions that I read from each of those categories.
And it seems like I can unlock more categories by just winning something.
That is something I don't know. What kind of winning does my power wanted?
Should I fight someone and win against them?
Then what kind of "Fight" are we talking about here?
There are many ways of fighting. It can't be just limited to combat situations right?

You decided to ignore your this irregularity and get to preparing yourself like washing and cooking your own breakfast before leaving the house.
When you left your house, you are just getting to the area where you can wait for your bus to commute when someone calls you from behind.
"Hey! Still as early as always!"
Looking behind, you see a brunette with hazel colored eyes and is a bit shorter than you.
This woman is someone you know. She is Francesca Rossi, your childhood friend.
"Oh, Good morning Cesca." You greeted her casually.
It was your pet name for her. She didn't think much about it. Well, she also shortens your name to Ric.
"Morning." She greeted back before continuing. "So going to your work. It seems like that Manager really likes you." She said while eyeing your outfit.
You are wearing one of the official suits of employees from Valerie Solutions. It's just a white polo shit with a breast pocket and above that breast pocket are icon of that company along with the name of that company.
"Haha, it's not like I'll work there full time!" You replied in good nature. "What about you?" You ask in return.
The two of you continue on your walk though in a slower pace as you converse at each other.
"Just trying to finish my course. Then trying to learn the ropes of our restaurant. Nothing new really." She answered with a shrug.
You recall her family owning a restaurant. It was near your house, just a two minute walks and you can get there.
Since childhood, you know that she also wants to be a chef like her father. So she was doing her best.
"Hey... it's been a long time since you drop by our restaurant. Why don't you go and try our new recipes?" She said with a smile on her face.
"Oh, I'll think about it." You replied back.
The two of you arrived at the bus depot. This is where the two of you will separate.
Your destination is just nearby. Just a ten minute ride on the bus. Francesca's destination seems to be where she is taking her courses, which is pretty far here and will take an hour before she gets there using the subway.
You gave your farewells at each other before you go inside the bus.
"Ah.... time to go home now..."
It took some hours but it is finally time to go home.
As a Part Timer, you only work here for four hours. Your hours are paid so it was fine even if you work for four hours.
While you are getting prepared to go back home, your Manager suddenly called out to you.

This is Audrian Matruex. You heard that he was a half-french, half-italian citizen. He is handsome by the average standards of this city. He have blonde hair gelled to stick to his back and he have blue eyes.
You can see him as that one person who seems to be charismatic at the opposite sex. He looks youthful despite knowing he was already at his early forties.
"So... about the offer..."
"Sir Matruex, I don't want to be a full time employee. I already told you my reasons why!" You said a bit strongly.
"Well. I can see you have the talent for it. You know, you even have the chance to get to our main team. As long as you are here, I'm sure both you and this company will grow to a new height!" He replied with a bit of a fervor in his tone. "Just think about it. You have the talent. I am sure you have a lot of ideas that you can implement here. Your name might even become famous." He said with a smile.

He decided to drop by his childhood friend's place.
'It's been a few weeks since I visited. I wonder what's new in there?' Riccardo thought in wonder.
After taking some minutes, he finally arrives at Francesca's place.
The name of this restaurant is Rossi il Buffet. It's a family run restaurant that was started by Francesca's Grandfather, Aldo Rossi.
As stated by the name of their restaurant, their specialty is always a buffet.
This restaurant has come a long way since then, and it have expanded and got some branches out there in this city.
The very first room of this restaurant is just an area where customers can order and eat a food. It's also the case for the second floor. The other rooms next to the first and second room are the special room where the customers can be served a buffet.
As you got inside and take one of the available seats there, one of the waiters notices you and he greeted you.
"Riccardo! It's been a long time!" The waiter greeted you in a good mood.
You remember him. He is Marcus. He had been working in this place for a year now and have became acquainted with you and Francesca's family.
"Oh Marcus, good afternoon!" You greeted before taking a cursory glance on the room. "It seems like this place have a few customers today." You said based on your observation.
"The morning rush hour was just done when you got here." Marcus explained."Anyway, what can I do for you?"
"Ah... no. I am not here to order. I'm just visiting because Cesca invited me." You said while denying him politely.
"Oh. I think it might be the new one in the menu then." He uttered in understanding. "Then what will you do?" He asked.
