All countries, territories, possessions and concessions, that were part of the Non-Aligned movement at 6AM GMT on Sept 11, 1980 are transferred by Skippy the Bat to 6AM GMT September 11, 2001.

This is after the 1979 split because of the USSR invasion of Afghanistan.

So we have Soviet troops in Afghanistan, Jugoslavia is still a thing a bunch of countries come back to life...
