This is my first quest here on Sufficient Velocity and hopefully, I can make it into something with the help of the questers here. Anyone who knows Lord of the Rings and has any knowledge, come one come all. But here it is.
Sauron has fallen. The One Ring, his greatest strength and his one weakness, plunged into the fires of Mt. Doom. The armies of Mordor have been scattered to the winds and Barad Dûr has crumbled to dust with the final death scream of it's lord. All of Middle Earth rejoices as this War for the Ring has finished and the Great Enemy has been purged from the land. The Third Age is over, and a new peaceful Forth Age is about to begin.
For everyone, except for you.
You are Raukon. An unknown sorcerer and student of Sauron's mighty power. Under him, you fought many battles and worked ever faithfully to see his designs to completion. But that was not enough. Knowing that Sauron could not last long, with Gandalf and the free forces of the West on his doorstep, you and nineteen other sorcerers hatched a plan to kill Sauron, assume his power for yourselves and negotiate with the West. But the young Hobbit, Frodo Baggins destroyed the ring before the plan could come to fruition. And in the moment of Sauron's destruction, nearly all of the Orcs and Uruks were wiped out by the great earthquake that followed the fallen Maiar's demise.
Indeed all might have been lost were it not for your quick thinking, you gathered all the soldiers who survived the sinking to your banner. However, not but five hundred Orcs and a hundred Uruk-Hai did survive. These few soldiers have fled with the new you and your Sorcerers to the East, where you expect to find some hiding place where you can rebuild his forces and take back Mordor.
