...Always kill her later? For now we need information.

Leaning between Desert and Oceanic. Desert could be cool because of how isolated some settlements can get, we can go raiding and vanish into the sand a la sand people.

As far as planets go, I don't really feel like I have enough information to make a useful decision.

The industrial world might offer some camouflage to the existence of a working battledroid factory. But I am also worried by the "force forsaken" part of the flavor text.

I fail to understand the need of "making informing decisions" right now. Trying to win the game against QM is absurd at any point of the quest but trying to win it during theme\character selection stage annoys me soooo much. We are choosing the theme of quest. I voted oceanic because I find it more interesting than city but majority goes for an "optimal" way.

......

Why do you think I meant what I said to apply purely in mechanical terms?

The truth is, none of the options really give me an idea of what the mechanical OR flavour natures of the starting locations will be.

I do like the idea of the Ocean planet being Manaan from kotor, and the factory being built on the rusted hulk of an abandoned Selkath floating city... But I got the feeling the QM already had a strong idea of what each setting would be like and didn't want to mess up their fun with a write in like that.

Pillage, then burn.
Eh, I mean, interrogate, then kill.

Alright since votes have dried up I would like a tally, i've also edited in your current forces onto the front page. Hopefully you can make use of them.

So we got a planet with "less" ties to the Empire (most won't listen to hobos) and a chance to refine our army? ..... Could have been worse, I suppose. Thx Sin! ;)

It has but the lower levels are still hellholes and the place is still heavily polluted with only the really wealthy living anything resembling a happy life.
Also, wasn't it a Republic stronghold or something? I'm pretty sure it was a Corps Headquarters or something. How would there be a Separatist base there?

Massive multi-level city, plenty of people discontented with the establishment, right next to a major trade route. It's a really tempting target so the Separatists set up a secret factory to produce a Droid army in the lower levels and strike from below.
