We had believed that such an agreement to trade freely had already been established. If not, then here is a signed document by the Prince Hareo of Pentos agreeing to such a thing.

As for stable land routes, that is quite a distance. How does Volantis suggest we establish such a thing?

Excellent. As for the land route we plan to secure as much of the River Rhoyne as possible. This would bring us to within a reasonable distance of the current borders of Pentos. If Pentos were to expand in kind such a distance could be bound easily.

The reports we have received indicate some production has been restored. We are prepared to negotiate a deal for your cotton in exchange for one on silk. We are also willing to commit to overland transport and sale of elephants.
(Convert on a 5:1 ratio for Horsemen)

We should have around half of production restored. We will commit to this Cotton for Silk Trade route, and perhaps we might find buyers for our other goods in your markets. Everyone needs Steel, for example, and Pearl's are always in demand by Jewelers.

We also can bring you Volantine Sweet Beet Products and Volantine Red Wine as we have forged a trade route West to Volantis as well.

We've already sent a trade fleet out to the east. I don't see why they can't make port in Volantis...

2. Don't worry, I will tell you when the time is right.
3. It depends a lot on how much the middlemen can transport.
4. A few months but ti will vary according to what you mean by heavy armor.
