As a note to the people worried about Taylor's dad getting sued for Taylor punching Emma: I know "being Taylor Hebert is Suffering" is a natural law of the universe for the Wormverse, but it really doesn't make sense for it to happen. I've heard of plenty of frivolous lawsuits, but a single fight between two high school students (assuming no serious injuries to either) is not one of them. Taylor would get suspended, Emma would probably get off scot free (they might suspend Sophia, but definitely nothing worse), and both Danny and the Barneses would find out about the bullying.
Yes, Danny trying to sue the trio over the bullying would end poorly, but so would Alan trying to sue Danny over Taylor starting one fight. If he even brought said case before a judge, he would be laughed out of court (unless he outright lied about the situation, and made it seem that Taylor was bullying Emma for an extended period of time, which wouldn't be successful). Alan should know this, being a lawyer and all.
Which brings me to another point: he is a divorce lawyer. Yes, he would know more than the average person about a civil suit, but you could argue Danny would as well (if he hasn't had to deal with at least one civil suit in his time as HR manager for the Dockworkers Union, I'd be surprised).
And the most damning evidence against it happening: Taylor punched Emma, right in front of Alan and Danny both, in a public place, and there was no threat of a lawsuit. The only thing she was threatened with was being thrown out by (or possibly detained, can't remember) by Shadow Stalker. SO even in canon Taylor throwing a punch wouldn't set off a lawsuit, unless Danny was the one starting it (and I think we could convince him of the futility, assuming he doesn't realize it himself).
