You, other generals, some Major Ryan guy (Apparently he's special coordinator because of... Waifus?), as well as government advisors and the Vice President have all been summoned here to be shown something truly bizarre.
One of the generals pipes up.
"Weaponized cats?"
That Major Ryan guy comes next.
"I have bigger fish to fry than weaponized cuteness. In fact, I have that and more. So I'm not taking this one."
The government coordinators speak up.
"Not being done by us. The President does not need to know that cats... If we can even call them that- are being brought on to battlefields."
The VP speaks up.
"So, we need this to be run by someone that has low rank, free time, and a knack for strategy, without the President knowing?"
Everybody looks at you.
At the Exact. Same. Time.
"What, me?"
You can barely get that answer out. The rest of the room silently nods, and they answer in order of rank:
"You are the man that fits the bill."
"We can't agree more."
"You're my top strategist."
"This same thing happened to me; I'm sorry, kid."
