Day 1 I am ??
You are Logan Sorenson and the last few days have been Hell.

Three days ago you and your friends tried to use the river to escape town. You never even reached the water. Four blocks away you started to encounter groups of blood stained people, luckily you managed to avoid their notice for the first half hour but you had to slow down and make a number of detour. Then things took a turn for the worse. You literally ran into a gang of people who attacked you. Two of your friends were torn apart infront of your eyes before you could react.

As the rest of your group ran you realized more blood stained people were approaching from every street and road. Luckily you found an unlocked door before you were cornered and manage to lock it once your group was inside but that was the end of your luck. The "Rioters" have been attacking the building none stop and no-one in your group believes they are rioters anymore not when they have not stopped or rested for three day.
Your experience as a contruction worker has been put to use because for the last three day your group has spent every waking moment reinforcing the barricades on the doors into the warehouse in which you find yourself trapped.

The barricades seem to be holding for now it is time to take stock and decide what to do.(4 hours till night fall)(you have youself and 5 friends)
(at this point each choice covers roughly an hour unless stated otherwise but that will change)

[ ]search the building for any over looked doors or possible ways in.
[ ]take stock of your remaining supplies.
[ ]try to figure out what the warehouse was storing.
[ ] search the building to find any rooms that may be tucked away in the building.
[ ]Write in (I will judge if it is an appropriate action)

Day 1 end
After everyone caught their breath you get everyone to start searching for any more ways into the building and if they can find the rooms that you know would be part of warehouse. You have mixed results in this matter in that you are able to secure the ground floor finding a locked heavy security door leading to an enclosed court yard that is only half paved over and surrounded by a eight foot cement wall with no door leading to the street. On the other hand you know there is a second story walkway with what looks like some kind of attached rooms overlooking the warehouse floor but so far you have not been able to find a way up to it, even climbing the crates is out as non of the stacks that are high enough are anywhere close to the walkways and the crates are to heavy for you to move with your limited manpower. your are pretty sure you know where some stairwells are but you failed to find any way into them.

You did find the washrooms luckily on your first day. When you check the area around the washroom you find some thing that nearly makes you panic but by this point you are getting to tired to get worked up. This building has a sub-floor possibly connected to the city's service tunnels and have no idea how to get down there to block them off.

By this point every one is dead on their feet. You get them together so you can do a quick inventory before getting some sleep. The results are interesting.

The more normal and somewhat expected items were:
8 1L drink bottles(were empty refilled from washroom sink)
4 camping blankets
1 hatchet
1 multitool
1 bike repair multitool
1 box of dried fruit bars=20 dried fruit bars(two maybe three days food you have spent a lot of energy and NEED to eat)
2 balls of string
8 feet of thin rope
1 tarp
1 box garbage bags
3 LED flashlights
5 backpacks
mixed spare clothes making up 4 sets of clothes
and 1 piece of travel luggage

It is the contents of the luggage that surprise you:
2 sets of lockpicks
1 roman belt knife (who knew watching the history channel would prove useful)
a small solar charging kit(small 1 cellphone charge = 8 hours daylight)
3 hand cuffs
a set of gauntlets
and what looks like a field trauma kit

Your to tired to ask and everyone is about to collapse so you prepare to sleep. As you have found no room with a door you can close and no-one is in shape to stand guard you move everyone to the top of one of the tallest stacks of crates. Hoping no-one gets in during your sleep you get the first rest in three days.

Day 1 finished.
(I will roll an encounter die for the night)you were undisturbed this night.
Baring an encounter during the night how do you wake up
[ ]Are the first to wake
[ ]You wake along with your friends
[ ]Your friend wakes you as your the last on to wake

{optional} l If someone write a good story about why one of your friends brought the luggage I will give a bonus based on the story

Day 2 morning
Day 2

You wake to the steady breathing of your friends and the unsteady pounding at your doors. It is a testament to your exhaustion that you got any sleep at all. Taking a moment to listen for movement your fail to hear anything moving inside the warehouse before you get up and do a visual sweep from your elevated position.

Do you
[ ]Wake everyone up.
[ ]Let them wake up on their own.

After everyone wakes up you have a choice to make before you begin your day. Your food supply is very limited at the moment but you are all very hunger from the last few days. there is so little that your only choices are two extremes.

Do you
[ ]Eat only the bare minimum (will last 2 maybe three day but you'll stay tired and fuzzy headed)
[ ]Eat it all today (finish food today but regain some strength and be clear headed for the rest of the day and tomorrow morning)

Having made your choice what do you do?
(You have five hours each choice takes an hour)
[ ]Search for a way into the subfloor level
[ ]Search for a way up to the walkway
[ ]Now that you have better light search the ground floor again maybe this time you will be able find the light switch at least so you can stop walking into things once night falls
[ ]Try to figure out what is in a random crate/shipping container
[ ]Try to open a random crate/container
[ ]Write in (careful some options may take more than a hour.)

day 2 Morning 2
Day 2 morning

Things were looking good when you started out this morning, despite the slight drizzle of rain outside and the fact your still hungry. You discussed the chances of getting out to do some scavenging beyond the warehouse at first this did not seem very likely as you are still under siege as the pounding on the door shows very clearly. Then one of your friends mentions that you might be able to reach the window of the neighboring building from the wall of the courtyard you found yesterday. After a quick look every agrees that it is possible but would take a while to set up to do with any safety at all. your not sure how it came up but after some talk every starts calling the people who attacked you Bangers because the have been banging on the door non stop for four straight days.

The rest of the morning ends up being a display of extremes. You found the light switch for the main floor and located an emergency ladder to the walkway but before you can figure out how to get the ladder to descend you have drop everything and deal with an emergency. Tasked with opening one of the crates he decided to take the hatchet to a crate that was stack at head height. After the first dozen blows he succeeded in bursting the 10 gallon tube of pool cleaner that was in the crate. The cleaner sprayed out covering himself from head to toe he even managed to swallow some. he was rushed to the washroom to induced vomiting and clean off as much of the chemicals as possible before they could too much damage. This was mostly success he is still very ill and will need time to recover. He will need one of the others to stay with him until he recovers. The clothes he was wearing are ruined. (loss 1 set of spare clothes, gain 1 bag of chemical rags, 2 friends unavailable for d3 days)

As unlikely as it seems this all led to the discovery of the stairs to the sub floor which was tuck behind the washroom under a burned out light. This turned out to be nothing but good news it contains the breakroom and employ lockers. It is fairly small and has no other ways in.

The breakroom contains:
1 vending machine (gain 1d6+2 days food twice that at rations)
40 tea bags
an electric kettle
1 large bread knife

After all the excitment of the morning you meet up to decide what to do for the afternoon.(4 hour)

[ ]Try to lower the ladder how hard cam it be?
[ ]Search for the stair up to the walkway they have to be here
[ ]Now that you have the lights search the ground floor again maybe this time nothing will go wrong
[ ]Try to figure out what is in a random crate/shipping container they can't all contain cleaners
[ ]Try to open a random crate/container they can't all contain cleaners
[ ]Set up access to the next building
[ ]Write in (careful some options may take more than a hour.)

(QM note a critical fail in the containers dragged down the rest of your results hopefully that will not happen again at lest nobody died)
rolling recovery and food gain

Day 2 afternoon
Day 2 Afternoon

Well at least you can say your afternoon when better than this morning. The weather is improving and the temperature is pleasant for midsummer.

Having had a night sleep and with no more disasters to distract you save the every present pounding on the doors you have learned a few things about the warehouse floor. One it is much bigger than you first impression. This is caused by the second thing you learn whoever built and filled this warehouse was either mad or had a plan for it that you have yet to figure out. All the doors are located in crannies and there is no straight path in between the crates longer than 40 meters. You still have not found a way into the center of the floor but at least your wandering resulted in finding one of the stairwells unfortunately you have to take a long twisted path to reach it but it is there. The ladder is in a much more convenient place.

All this wandering between the crates has resulted in finding two stacks of crates baring the logos you recognize the first is from a gardening store and the second is marked for the local center for outdoor sports/camping supplies. Depending on what is actually inside these crates this could be a massive boon to your survival.

What do you do?(you have 3 hours)

[ ]Try to lower the ladder how hard can it be?
[ ]Open one of the crates for the camping store
[ ]Open one of the crates for the garden store
[ ]Search for more stairs up to the walkway there has to be more than one
[ ]Now that you have the lights search the ground floor again maybe this time nothing will go wrong
[ ]Try to figure out what is in a random crate/shipping container they can't all contain cleaners
[ ]Try to open a random crate/container they can't all contain cleaners
[ ]Set up access to the next building
[ ]Write in (careful some options may take more than a hour.)

day 2 evening
Day 2 evening

Well everyone is glad you did not try to build an access to the next building tonight because the weather has turned nasty. First the wind kicked up not too much but enough that you would have trouble using an umbrella(if you had one). Then it started to hail, not just a short of ice beads like you normally see but a steady down pour of large ice pebbles that is almost drowning out the ever present sound of the Bangers at the doors.

Third time seems to be the charm when it came to exploring the ground floor although that might have more to do to the fact that you have everyone focus on trying figure out the container maze. It is a maze the type where you have to make only left turns to reach the center. You also find the stairs up. To reach them you have to make the first three right turns from any of the main entrances. (Who ran this place a mad puzzle RPG fan?)

Opening the stack of crates for the gardening shop went well. The locks popped off after only a few blow from the back of the hatchet. The crates contained almost everything you could ask for if you were trying to get up food gardens the only thing you can see that is missing is soil. You don't think you can use or carry any of it right now but in the future it might come in handy.
Garden crates contain: (to big/heavy to carry right now)
100 Sprouting trays
35 set gardening tools(hand)
25 20 gallon rain barrels
100 pairs of gardening gloves
10 large composter kits(need to be assembled)
More seed packs then you can count(you got up to 350 before giving up)
A selection of how to manuals for gardens
Assorted odds and ends(write ins will be considered)

Turning your attention to the camping crates your repeat your success with the locks. Looking inside you find many smaller crates baring the markings of "MNRL SRV SPPL Order" this confuses you until you notice a packing invoice tape to the top of one. Reading the invoice and attached order form you find out that a local company wanted to do a mineral survey of one of their more remote holdings and you now have part of their supply order right in front of you. You don't recognize many of the objects on the list but what you do give you the most hope you have had in days. (Their are more supplies then your group can carry at the moment so some planning is going to have to go into picking what you bring along whenever you take a movement action.)
What you recognize from the list is:(not part of your inventory until you decide what you will carry the rest remains in the crates)
30 small one person tents(light weight, compact)
30 camping rolls
2 large tents
30 hiking pack(carries 4x the amount of the backpacks)
30 heavy duty outdoor coats(rain proof, warm, not bulky)
10 small mineral picks(hammer/pick combo, size of your hand)
4 large mineral picks(hammer/pick combo, length of your arm)
15 self flitering camel packs (5L each)
5 large medical kits
3 large handpump filters
7 10 gallon collapsible water barrels
20 kilos trail mix
5 kilos dried milk
6 sets collapsible cookware
30 set of camping utensils
unidentified packets that may or may not be a form of MRE or a mineral test kit.

Stunned by your find you decide to wait for morning before you make any major decisions.

With the light fading outside and the hailstorm still ongoing you have some decisions to make.
First do you leave the lights on over night.
