[X] Tell Elfangor you'll help to get Loren out of jail, but he has to wait until the Olympics are over and you'll do things the right way. The offer of your assistance will probably calm him down and make him feel much more indebted to you. It is a little tricky that this is in LA county though, exactly where Buffy's being paid not to go.

[x] Let Elfangor go do his thing. LA isn't really your problem, and it'll mean a better chance at the prizes for you and your (possibly nominal) allies. Stunt if you want to call anyone in LA to give them a heads up.
