[X] Steal the Allslyra skeleton from Wolfram & Hart. They've already admitted they have it, and it likely isn't too heavily guarded if they want Buffy to take the deal and quickly pay it along to the Rat King.

[x] Even though the Watcher's Council has been on the outs with the Scooby gang since last year, they're the most reliable resource for this. They'll probably want to exert a measure of control over Sunnydale if you let them back into the fold though.

[x] Andrew has summoned well under pressure before, hopefully he can find a demon that'll translate accurately for a price that won't be too onerous to pay.
