The city of Mordheim has been lost, following the arrival of a comet that wiped out the city's...
Rules/Application
The rules may be subject to change, but these are the base mechanics of the game.

Each unit would have a dice value which represents force commitment.

Mordhiem is broken up into zones, players can choose to commit forces to a zone, depending on various off screen rolls the outcome is determined.

3 phases:

Scout Phase:

You send in units with the scout role into desired zones, and depending on how high the scout's roll is a certain amount of information is found out about that sector.

This ranges from knowing next to nothing about Skaven numbers and troop composition, to knowing vaguely how many, to knowing accurately what the enemy force is comprised of.

Dice roll of 1-10

the dice roll can again be modified by the quality of any fluff post about how the scouting in a sector is carried out.

Battle Phase:

Battle phase is begun with players committing a certain amount of soldiers to a sector the number of units and their quality will affect how high their roll value is. This can be modified by the detail/quality of the battle plan submitted.

After multiple rolls, the side with the higher value will win in that sector, the severity of which is determined by how great the difference is between the numbers

Casualty Phase:

A dice roll from 1-100, the dice values are connected to an average amount of loss. There are two tables of loss, one for the winner, and one for the loser, the winning table of loss generally has lower average casualty rates for each bracket. Whilst the losing table yields higher losses.

Army Creation.

the army creation system is based off Warhammer total war 2, although due to the lack of commitment from the lords in charge of retaking Mordheim, you will not have any of the rare or veteran units, and your access to artillery is limited to 2 units.
