  -[X]Inform all entrants that due to the difficulty apparent in our weight limits, we will relax them to permit designs otherwise compliant with our specifications, to an upper limit of 22 tons.

  -[X]Send a note to Ghermain Brothers Automotive stating that they should swap to a cheaper transmission, even if it costs the tank speed. And a bottle of wine for actually sticking to the requirements.
