  -[X] Pre-commit to a few months on the Ocampan planet to refit the Val Jean for deep space operations if enough crew can be found. Also gives us time to salvage the Caretaker station debris and make a copy of the cloak for Voyager.

  [X] Strip the cloaking device from the ship, and ask Neelix what the Talaxians might be willing to offer for one slightly used Cardassian battlecruiser. We can use it as a drone until we reach his chain of command in order to negotiate with a decision maker if he is unable to contact them.
